Enjoy this beautiful newly renovated garden level suite with city and ocean views and outdoor pool. It is located in West Vancouver, only 15 minutes to downtown Vancouver. This property is unique as it is surrounded by trees to provide privacy, has an ocean view, as well as a pool! This newly renovated suite comes with high end appliances including a gas range, new hardwood floors, 4K TV, in-suite laundry and in-floor heating in master bathroom. Great location to the charming Dundarave, West Vancouver and very close proximity to ski mountains (Cypress/Grouse/Seymour ~ 15 mins) and only a 1.5 hour drive to Whistler. If you'd like to have your pet, please let us know the size and breed. We charge a pet fee.

We are working professionals in our 30's and live in beautiful west Vancouver, Canada with our 2.5 year old. We love hosting our garden suite in Vancouver, and our beautiful new vacation property in La Quinta, California, our home away from home. We also love to travel and visit other cities and stay in airbnb's all over the world! We're happy to provide you all our favourite restaurant recommendation and must see & do activities in Vancouver and Palm Springs. We look forward to hosting you (or staying with you)!

Pets, Pool, amazing service. We live upstairs and are always available if you need anything at all: recommendations, etc. We're even happy to stock the fridge with some basics as requested!
