Disappointing
The house is clean and somewhat as advertised but unfortunately it is poorly managed by the property management company and not set up for guest comfort.
The check in process was stressful and frustrating as the door passcode provided for entry was not working. It took over 1.5 hours to gain access to the home while we waited outside with our cases. At first the management company was not answering their phone, then we were put on hold for an excessive amount of time while they contacted the owner and reset the door passcode. Very stressful. This was time that we had paid for and could not use the property.
The house is advertised to accommodate for 8 people and we were only 4 however it is not set up to comfortably accommodate even 4 people. There is only one very uncomfortable three person couch and one uncomfortable chair. In the end we used the dining room chairs to sit on and watch television as they were more comfortable than the couch or chair. There are only two pool chairs for use at the pool not 4 or eight etc.
The tap water tasted terrible and the management company provided water filters but they were expired and old. We called for them for replacements but they said the filters were back ordered/not available so we had to buy bottled water to drink. There were other problems but management company did not return our calls. In the end we checked out 4 days early as we were not happy and there is little to do in this area.
