Ideally situated between sea and Cevennes, 30 minutes from Nîmes la Romaine, Montpellier and Uzes and 30 km from the Languedoc coast and its many beaches, wild and peaceful, oil mill located in the small village 'Aujargues has been lovingly restored by its owners who were able to keep the atypical nature; stone grinding wheels, settling tanks, "stable" transformed into living room ... enclosed patio walls).
The house provides a quiet escape, a cool break in the middle of scrubland and vineyards. It is an ideal base to enjoy the many strengths of the region: swimming in the sea or rivers, hiking in the Cévennes, bird watching in the Camargue, climbing on limestone cliffs, discoveries wineries, heritage tours of cities Medieval small traditional villages, not to mention the town festivals, the Feria de Nîmes, and music festivals, craft markets every summer blooming everywhere ...

Vacances reposantes
Wir haben mit 3 Generationen sehr schöne 14 Tage hier erlebt. Das Haus liegt im alten Ortskern von Aujargues, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Innenhof mit Pool bietet Abkühlung an heißen Tagen und im Haus findet sich alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. In der Umgebung kann man vieles unternehmen für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.

Reizvolles, nicht alltägliches, charmantes Haus
Verwinkeltes, geschichtsträchtiges Anwesen, mit vielen Details liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Heimelicher Patio mit Salzwasserpool und Dachterrasse in einem kleinen Weiler. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr guter Kontakt. Bei einem kleinen technischen Problem wurde umgehend reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen. Einziges Problem war die Wärme in manchen Zimmern, die auch die Ventilatoren nicht weg laden können. Da wäre eine Klimaanlage perfekt.

Amazing Aujargues
A lovely home in a quiet village perfect for our group for a family wedding. We loved the style of this Old Oil Mill and having the pool was fabulous for relaxing with Rose, Baguettes & Fromage! A very comfortable stay , well equipped but good knives would be a great addition 😉 Pool was attended to promptly when asked about cleaning. A great stay in a wonderful location.

Lovely and authentic mill
Beautiful and quirky house, very authentic. It has everything you need, the bedrooms are comfortable, and so were the mattresses. The double terrace is perfect to enjoy the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and and the bathrooms are ok.

zeer welkom gevoel
Gezellige authentieke woning met veel verborgen hoekjes. Buitenruimte met zwembad ideaal om te ontspannen, BBQ, te lezen en natuurlijk om je te verfrissen (hoewel het water nog iets te fris was ;-) ). Midden in een klein dorp gelegen, met op wandelafstand een kleine supermarkt, bakker, pizzeria. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor toeristische plaatsen als Nîmes, de Camargue, de Cevennen, marktbezoeken... . Super contact met zowel eigenares, als diegene die het huis onderhoudt. Eventuele mankementen (WC was stuk) worden zeer snel opgelost.

Schönes Objekt, bei fast 40 Grad wäre eine Klimaanlage schön, richtige Liegen im Poolbereich fehlen, Parkplatz nicht immer vor der Tür, gute Lage, Meer und Städte gut zu erreichen, freundlicher Empfang, Grundreinigung im Küchenbereich ist nötig, Geschirr war schmutzig

Einfach wundervoll!
Wir hatten gerade das große Glück, für zwei Wochen Urlaub im Haus von Bernadette machen zu dürfen. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns angekommen. Das Haus ist wundervoll und mehr als komplett ausgestattet und bot unserer Familie ausreichend Platz und alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir uns gewünscht hatten. Wir haben herliche Zeiten im Pool verbracht, die Terrasse genossen, gegrillt … Durch die komplette Einrichtung, die Bücher, Fotos und Erinnerungsstücke fühlt es sich so an, als wäre man bei lieben Freunden zu Besuch. Das Dörfchen ist malerisch. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Einen besonderen Dank an Cécile , die uns so freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet hat.

Das Geschirr war leider dreckig, so dass wir alles Geschirr das wir benutzen wollten zuerst nochmals abwaschen taten. Der Pool hatte kein Licht wie auf dem Foto, aber auch ohne Licht war es relaxend. Es war jeden Tag ein Glück einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. Gottseidank hatten wir Glück.

Très belle maison bien équippée
Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques à la maison de Bernadette. La maison est Grande, bien équippée, le patio avec le pool et le petit jardin était notre salle de séjour ... Nous étions très bien acceuillis par Isabelle. Merci à vous toutes!

Kleine Oase im Süden Frankreichs
Meine Freundin und ich hatten zwei traumhafte Wochen im Haus von Bernadette und ihrer Familie! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielleicht sogar ein bisschen besser. Die Einrichtung und das ganze Haus entsprechen 100% den Bildern und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Durch die Mauern, die die Terrasse und den Pool umgeben und beides so komplett uneinsehbar machen, fühlt man sich wirklich wie in einer Oase. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen „originalen“ französischen Dorf nahe Sommiers (schönes kleines Städtchen). Zur Küste sind es knapp 35 Minuten mit dem Auto und auch die umliegenden Städte wie Avignon, Montpellier oder Nimes hat man schnell erreicht. Das Auto braucht man insgesamt schon, weil in dem Dörfchen relativ wenig „los“ ist was Gastronomie oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten anbelangt (einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Pizzeria erreicht man aber dennoch fußläufig). Dadurch ist es aber auch insgesamt ruhiger - und das war genau was wir gesucht haben! Sommiers z.b. hat man aber in wenigen Minuten erreicht, hier gibt es viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars. Ich war anfangs skeptisch ob so viele positive Bewertungen wirklich echt sein können. Aber ja, das können sie definitiv. Wir hatten tolle erholsame 2 Wochen! Das Wetter war schön, die Menschen herzlich, das Essen lecker und das Haus? Das Haus einfach der Knaller! Merci beaucoup Bernadette. Am Ende solcher Bewertungen schreibt man oft gerne die Floskel „wir kommen gerne wieder“. Aber hier ist sie wirklich so gemeint - wir kommen wieder! :) A bientot. Kilian & Inci

Hervorragende Unterkunft
Ein wirklich tolles Objekt mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Viel Platz I’m Haus. Sehr schöner Pool. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und man ist ungestört. Trotzdem ideal für Ausflüge ans Meer, nach Nimes oder zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Mooie oude oliemolen
Ons verblijf was gedurende 14 dagen in deze oude oliemolen uit 1776 met een tamellijk groot zwembad wat een heerlijke verkoeling gaf na terugkomst van de verschillende stedentrips. Dit onderkomen is zeker een aanrader.

Situation parfaite pour visites et randonnées.
Maison de ville très agréable, au cœur d’un village avec commerces. Extérieur très apprécié avec une petite piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir, dans une cour de belle taille avec une partie ouverte et une partie abritée. Maison parfaite pour passer de bonnes vacances. A refaire.

La location est située dans un petit village au calme. Maison très fonctionnelle, on n'a manqué de rien. Piscine et extérieur super agréable. Si vous aimez le calme et l'authenticité , allez-y ! Petit bémol : aucun commerce accessible à pied, (il faut sortir du village ou allez sur Sommière) hormis une petite pizzeria que nous n'avons trouvée qu'à la fin.

Wonderful stay
I am so glad we rented this property! We were 2 couples and the layout of the house was perfect for this scenario. Aujargues is a very small commune, but perfectly located for easy day trips to other areas. Do not hesitate to rent this property, you will love it!

Aujargues, bien inconnu dans l'ombre de Sommières, mais un village agréable pour explorer la région. Maison spacieuse, dans un endroit calme, avec tous les nécessités pour passer des bonnes vacances.

Complete gerestaureerde oude olie molen in rustige omgeving.
Midden in het rustige plaatsje Aujargues staat een voorheen oude olie molen met verrassend indelingen met ruime slaapkamers en zwembad. Woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en was netjes schoon bij aankomst. Op 1km loopafstand is er een supermarkt, een warme bakker en afhaal pizza. Heeft vele wandel en fietstochten in de omgeving. Maar ook veel rust en stilte.

Calme et repos
Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances. La maison est très très spacieuse avec une salle de jeux dédiée aux enfants qui en ont beaucoup profité. L’extérieur n'est pas très grand mais suffisant pour se reposer (il faudrait ajouter 2 Transats en plus) la région est magnifique. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.
