Why they chose this property
This home offers every amenity you can think of to enjoy (except a tennis court!!). Take a long walk through the National Park, watch the surf crashing, soak up some sun by the pool and then relax in the sauna with an option for steam. The very large kitchen and walk in pantry come fully equipped with appliances, and everything else you might need for preparing fabulous meals. The separate sitting room provides a cosy spot to spend some quiet time with the morning sun streaming in.
What makes this property unique
High end fixtures and finishes throughout the home are evident everywhere - beautiful furnishings will ensure you have the most relaxing and comfortable holiday in this home that feels like a resort/retreat. Brush fences ensure privacy whether you are enjoying the east facing garden with early morning through to midday sun, or relaxing on the north facing terrace or by the pool in the afternoon sun.
The location is quiet - when a northerly wind blows, you can hear the surf pounding and the rugged coastline makes for some beautifully scenic walks or runs. The 'front' beach (bay beach of Portsea) makes for an alternative location to wander, swim or paddle, whatever takes your fancy. Either beach is withing walking distance.
Two mountain bikes are available should you wish to explore the National Park or local area further afield. Wineries, markets and local food stores are in abundance on the Mornington Peninsula ensuring you will be able to enjoy fabulous food and wine if this is your thing!!
Either way, whether you are seeking an action filled holiday or a home in a tranquil environment providing for a quiet retreat from your busy life, this home is perfectly located.
