Enjoy the best view of The Strand and Magnetic Island from the huge balcony of this Strand short-stay apartment. This unique apartment complex boasts amazing views within a comfortable, quiet, private setting including a lift and easy disabled access.
Located between the rockpool and Landsborough Street, this location is perfect to take advantage of all the activities the Strand offers including the beach, walking and picnic areas, bars, cafes, restaurants and ice cream shops.
The Strand is a wonderful location for a relaxed holiday and ideal location for a beach holiday, walking distance to the city, restaurants, gelato bar, cafes and more.
After a day at the beach, this is the perfect place for relaxing and unwinding with family and friends.
The entire apartment, the undercover garage, pool and relaxation areas.

You will be required to complete our booking questionnaire/rental agreement. We also require a copy of credit card and photo ID. The name on the credit must match your photo ID (for incidentals/security).

The Strand is one of the Townsville's best attractions, this apartment block is close to all the action without the noise pollution. The added bonus is being walking distance to bars, cafes, and restaurants as well as gourmet shops.
The strand boasts public transport, lots of parking in addition to the underground car park and is walking distance to many activities.
There is a share pool and relaxation area
The building has 5 apartments and is secure.
We are able to support longer term and emergency accommodation requests. We do not routinely service our homes, however we can arrange in stay servicing for an additional cost.

It’s hard to do justice to this jewel of an apartment in words. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 balconies, the water facing balcony ais spacious and opens from the huge open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Perfect for families, friends holidays, or a corporate stay. Please note we do not permit parties and events at our properties.
With a lift in the complex providing accessibility to all, it's a perfectly designed holiday home. Enter the car park via the street level, part in one of the two reserved spots, alternatively walk up the easement to the side of the building and enter from the gated entrance. The penthouse is the only apartment on the second floor.
Guests will be struck by the sheer size of the light-filled apartment. The master bedroom boasts a Castle Hill facing private balcony an en-suite with a spa bath and a walk-in robe.
There two other bedrooms with large built in closets and another bathroom.
All the rooms have split air conditioning systems, the bathrooms have walk in showers.
Sunlight spills through the doors and windows, illuminating dining and living spaces. The open plan boasts a living, dining area and a designer kitchen with a breakfast bar. As lovely as these spaces are, we have a feeling you'll spend even more time on the huge front balcony, designed for alfresco dining and relaxation.
Did we mention the complex has a pool? It is shared by the other 4 apartments.
