Modern King Suite with 1 bedroom + sofa bed West Lethbridge

Relax and appreciate this lovely, bright and clean unit. Our home has a light open concept with huge windows in the living room. Located in a lovely, quiet, and sought-after west Lethbridge community. A park for the kids and green space to gather the family for some fun are just steps out the front door. Another park and green space is about a block distant on the other side of our property. Nestled between these two parks, there is plenty of space for an evening stroll.

When you open the door, you will be greeted by a cozy and open space environment where you will feel at ease. This is the place where comfort meets style. The main floor consists of an open concept living room and computer nook to on one side. The house can easily accommodate at least four people and is ideal for families or smaller parties. (If your group is more than four people, please contact the host for further alternatives.) The space features central air conditioning. The newer renovations adds to the elegant and stylish ecstatic's warmth. The living room offer space for 5 and the sofa will convert into a queen bed for two guest.

and chill time on the new 58” Roku TV. Netflix is also included at no
charge
- The sofa converts into a bed accommodating 2 guests

- Large bright bathroom with shower tub, toilet, sink and hair dryer is
provided
- Storage closet with extra bedding for hid-a-bed and blankets, and first
aid kit

Lower Floor
- Master bedroom boast a king size sealy’s posturepedic mattress, closet,
and dresser
- Fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig machine, and some basic
cooking oil and spices
- Dining room table with seating up to 4 guest (highchair available upon
request)

Guest access
Guests have access to the lower unit of the property. The upstairs is a separate private unit. Guests will reach the unit via the broad and paved alley. You will have access to a parking area that can accommodate a truck, an SUV, or a sedan (see pics). Upon booking and confirmation of the booking, guests will be provided an access code to the smart lock. Any information regarding the property will be provided in a binder for guest to refer to. Guest may also contact host for any questions or concerns. We want this getaway to be pleasant and want you to enjoy your home away from home.

Other details to note
The home is located just 2 minutes away from a wide variety of amenities including grocery stores, array of restaurants, bank, and a fitness center. The ATB center is a 5 minute drive for all your sporting events, and a short 10 minute drive to the downtown to explore all the new changes. The university of Lethbridge is just a short 5 minute drive away.

Home is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Security Cameras:
The front of the property includes security cameras that solely record the driveway. This video footage is not shared public and is only kept for liability purposes in the event of a break-in or serious injury.
