Incredible view from this Beach Front one bedroom, one bath with the closet access to the pool / patio in the facility and just a few steps to the beach. Bedroom has two full beds. This first floor condo comes with 2 flat screen TV's and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets. The max occupants for this unit is 2 people.
