The master bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fully furnished with two full beds and a flat screen TV. There is a second full bathroom with a tub. Unit comes with a flat screen TV in the spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection and has a dedicated phone for free long distance calling in U.S and Canada. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets. Must be 25 years of age to rent the condo.
Important Notice: Fifty Gulfside is currently undergoing reconstruction due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The ground floor and beachside patio/deck remain active construction zones, and the pool and deck have not yet reopened. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. Elevator service may be intermittent, and beach access from the property is currently unavailable, however, public access is available next door. Additionally, there may be occasional power or water outages with little notice. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to restore Fifty Gulfside.
