Spanning two levels, the home features three ground-floor bedrooms, two bathrooms with underfloor heating, a full laundry, a golf storage room, and a bar/kitchenette. A lounge opens to a fire-pit area, while a rear deck offers ocean and golf course views. Upstairs, a curved staircase leads to the master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. At the opposite end, the open-plan "cathedral" room integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, extending to an outdoor dining space with a gas BBQ and seating for ten, perfect for year-round enjoyment.

The lower level kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge, and essential tea-coffee, and the living room is inclusive of a smart tv, and an outdoor sitting deck with views of the golf course and a fire pit; the 2nd living space is a perfect space for a quiet read or tv viewing, with books and board games available.
All bathrooms include an underfloor heating switch on-off wall panel under the basin.

Firewood is provided for the duration of your stay; additional is available for purchase from the village store.
Pets can stay by prior arrangement; an additional pet levy applies—fully fenced rear yard. Bring your dog bed and pets to stay in the mudroom on the lower level overnight with access to a fully fenced yard facing the golf course.
Parties, functions, and smoking are not allowed at this property.
Shoes, including heels, and outdoor furniture, are not allowed inside.

As part of our terms and conditions, an online Guest Registration form must be completed with a signature and a valid driver's licence.
The property does not include a lift.
