Nestled opposite a beautiful National Park, this executive apartment offers unique style, scandi bedroom and an apartment which has been renovated and styled to the highest of standards.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) legislation, we will require a Guest Agreement to be signed upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Auth form to address potential damages during your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWO people. If you would like to have day visitors, please reach out to us first for approval.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.
*Our apartment comes with communal parking which is shared throughout the building, this is on a first come first serve basis. On Paul St there is 2 hours free parking which you can use.
*Please note, the home is on the top floor and there is no elevator in this building. There are 6 flights or stairs to reach the apartment including the outside stairs to the front of the building.
*Please note, the bathroom does not have a door. It is an open entrance from the bedroom.
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
