We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay here. The listing advertises a beautiful patio area with tables and chairs however when we arrived we were shocked to see it was actually shared with a unit behind it and only had a mouldy, falling down sheet to separate the two.
This meant there was next to no privacy as we could see into the neighbours apartment, and they could see into ours. When we called the owner to discuss our dismay, his response was to just shut the blinds. A very disappointing start to our honeymoon. Won’t be staying here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend for couples wanting a weekend away together
A bit to close to the main rd, was a bit noisy sitting out on the deck. Missing some key information on how to use appliances. And the cook ware could really use an update. But otherwise great stay the bed was super comfortable

The property was lovely and it's always nice to have a self contained kitchen when you are staying somewhere for a few days. Bed was comfortable and bath great. I was disappointed that on Expedia it shows the location on the lake, but the actual location is across the main road. Whilst it didn't detract from our stay, I think the location marker on the map should better reflect where it is. As somebody else noted, the trucks are quite noisy on the main travel nights (Weekdays) but not too bad on weekends.
Our Villa was fabulous to stay in, with everything you could possibly need provided .The Spa bath a real treat. Such a comfortable place to relax and rejuvenate . Cosy space and lovely garden outlook. So handy to everything in Daylesford.
