Island Paradise is a tide’s edge (ocean front) condo with spectacular ocean views from every room. You will feel like you are right on the water as you take in this amazing setting from the balcony.

Island Paradise is the penthouse unit (Unit 7) in the “Lodge" at Inn of the Sea, a beautiful seaside resort nestled amidst groves of cedar and arbutus trees, just 25 minutes south of the city of Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.

Inn of the Sea boasts a seasonal pool that juts over the water’s edge, a year round hot tub, a children’s playground, tennis court, fire pit, several outdoor patio areas with BBQ’s and a long dock that extends into the quiet bay. Dive off the dock into the seasonally warm ocean water.

Renters can also moor their boats on the moorings provided for no extra cost with pre-rental permission from management.

There are many quaint towns and villages nearby, a Sunday Farmer’s market, a world-class theatre in Chemainus, hiking trails, kayak and paddle board rentals in Ladysmith, and many more attractions. You can use this centrally-located accommodation as your home base to explore everything Vancouver Island has to offer.

Listen to the ocean waves from your master bedroom, thrill to the most glorious sunrises, watch the sea otters play on the dock, bunnies on the lawn, bald eagles, seals, sea lions (and yes, the occasional pod of Orca whales), and perhaps a family of deer on the beach at dawn. This is nature at its finest!
