Curley’s Sunsets - Pet Friendly - 10 Mins Walk to Beach
During your stay up to nine of you and your favourite people can spread out over six comfortable beds, two living areas and two balconies, with all your needs taken care of.
Nestled between bay and beach, it’s just a five-minute stroll down Sunshine Street from Curley's Sunsets to surf all day at Culburra Beach, or a short skate to Curleys Skate Park. Enjoy a swim, surf, or sunbake whilst the kids splash in the waves and your four-legged friends tire themselves out on the endless coastline. Come back to rinse off in the enormous shower and enjoy lunch cooked and eaten in the air conditioning, or out on the BBQ with the sea breeze and sunshine.
During downtime, battle over a board game at the table, or play a game of catch in the fully-fenced backyard. You can steal a quiet moment with a cold drink and a book on the outdoor deck chairs in the shade, or in the downstairs lounge. Get comfortable upstairs with Netflix and the combustion fire in cold weather, or if it’s nice (as it usually is) slide the glass doors all the way open and let the sun in!
When it’s time for more adventure, you’re right between two lookouts with incredible views and seasonal whale watching, or explore the town’s local shops and hidden swimming holes. Kick back on the front deck in the afternoon with views of the sunset over Curleys Bay, then as it gets dark, build up the firepit and bust open the marshmallows to watch the most magnificent display of the Milky Way you’ve ever seen emerge over your heads, and rest easy knowing everything you need for the perfect holiday will be provided by Curley's Sunsets.
Important Information:
- Bedroom 3 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are divided by sliding doors. You will need to enter through Bedroom 3 to access Bedroom 4.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (rear garden - front garden unfenced).
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
- We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
