VERY DIRTY! POOR COMMUNICATION!!

The property is in a questionable area. Kitchen and bathroom were very dirty. The whole house smelled like cigarette smoke. We could hear everything from the downstairs tenants. This rental is NOT worth the price!! I tried to communicate my concerns to the owner who completely ignored (or didn't read) my emails.

Good space but smells of cigarettes

While the space is roomy and well located the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and mouldy / dirty bathroom made for a poor experience.

Would rate this property at 4.5 stars

Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was not swept properly and the stove not cleaned well, didn"t take a lot of time to correct but should have been clean. There were 3 bath towels, one for each bedroom. One couple had to share a bath towel since there was no linen closet to get additional towels. Also, 4 people had to share one hand towel for a 3 night stay. There is a washer and dryer but we should not have to do laundry for such a short stay. There is really no decorating to this place and the bedroom curtains were too small to cover the windows. There was only one couch for 4 people in the living room, could use an easy chair or two. These issues are easily correctable. Overall, we would stay here again, it is very quiet.
