We are delighted to be offering this modern, spacious, and stylish guest house, within the popular country town of Eildon, for guests to enjoy the quiet, peaceful location and stunning views overlooking the rolling hills.

Only an 8-minute drive to the heart of Eildon, a perfect distance for cyclists and those wanting to stroll around the famous pondage or visit Lake Eildon.

Accommodating up to 6 people, with 3 queen size bedrooms all with reverse cycle split systems and ceiling fans catering for all year-round comfort.

A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, oven, stove, and dishwasher.

One main bathroom including a toilet, shower, and vanity, and an additional separate powder room.

Large undercover decking area providing a dining table and BBQ for your entertainment.

Situated on 7 acres of beautiful land, suitable for those who love taking in the serenity of those lovely outback, country settings.

Please note the following:
• Strictly no quad bikes, motor bikes, caravans, or tents.
• No bedding is provided (Guests to provide own doonas/pillows, sheet, tea-towels and towels).
• Fires on the property are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The minimum stay is 2 nights & 3 nights for any long weekend/public holidays.

Great place!
We stayed at this property for Easter long weekend, was really nice place, very pleasant and peaceful, the house looks exactly as the photos, the scenery incredible. We are definitely go back again.

New Years Eve getaway
My family and friends stayed at Mistletoe lodge over New Years. It was a very peaceful place to stay, perfect location to get away and relax. It was 30+ degrees in Eildon while there but inside, the aircon kept us nice and cool. My toddler also loved the place, riding his balance bike up and down the long driveway Fabulous place to stay

Amazing place
We were in this house for two nights. That was amazing experience. Great nature sorrounding the house, calm environment, clean and beautiful house. We have enjoyed this place and decided to book it again for another holidays. Also the house was exactly same as the photos.

Great views
Flash house, felt like I was a millionaire while I was there because of its design. But the doors were all dragging on the latch, small paint spots on the floor around the architrave and there wasn’t any caulk around the powder room and bathroom. It was great having the reverse cycle in each room and it was nice and warm. It was so peaceful and tranquil.
