This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, third floor condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The private balcony offers beautiful slope views and overlooks the shared pool and hot tubs. Premium linens throughout and the bedroom is on our Ivory White Bedding program. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and comfortable leather furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful slope views. It also overlooks the shared pool and hot tubs, perfect for seeing how crowded it is before you head down.

The recently upgraded full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four. The owner has installed brand new stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen space! The bedroom features a queen-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, a flat screen TV and a view of the slopes. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals - which we did most nights. The condo is perfect for two. The elevator wait should be factored one elevator services the whole unit, and there is always a short wait coming and going. Overall, it was a great unit and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Cozy place.

This was a great place for my husband and and me to spend a few days skiing. It is right next to River Run village and a 5 minute walk to the gondola. What an amazing location!!! It is small but had everything we needed and the goal of a ski vacation for us to be on the slopes, not in the condo. We bought food at a grocery store for breakfast and lunch and then had dinners out. Our only complaint about the building was the one elevator. It was as incredibly slow and once didn’t even move. We took the stairs down most of the times and only used it to go up. It was great to have covered parking. Be sure to use the humidifiers. We put both in the bedroom when we slept. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We highly recommend this place for a visit if you are ok with a small but cozy place.

Reviewer Comments: I’ll start by saying that Jessica at the front desk was great and went out of her way to help us with check in.The pictures on this listing are old and misleading as the view is now obstructed due to new construction.This unit is ti-ny! It’s big enough for 2 people but was too small for us and our 2 kids. “The largest pool in Keystone” as they put it is just an average size and nothing to brag about. If you’re a sports fan you’re SOL here as they only had Roku. We were very disappointed that we couldn’t watch NFL or college football- not even on national broadcast channels.The check in time not being until 4:30 is ridiculous.We won’t be staying here again.

The space was tight with all of our bags and gear, but we made it work just fine. We wanted easy access to the lifts, River Run Village, and a great view of the mountain. This spot delivered, and there was a small gas or electric fire place that created instant heat, and that was nice after a day in which h cold. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but everything else was perfect.

Great early season stay

My Fiancée and I did an early season trip to Keystone and Breckenridge and had a great stay! Easily walked to a few different restaurants and about 3 minutes to the gondola. The hot tub was down for maintenance during our stay, but they gave us access to a sister property’s hot tub/pool. The only downside is you have to drive 4 minutes down the road to pick up the key cards for access to the property, but it wasn’t enough to make us not want to stay again. They also sent out a very detailed guidebook with local recommendations for restaurants and property details, which was very useful.

Great location, poor management and maintanence

Imagine coming into the mountains in the middle of the night to plunge the overflowing toilet and not get any maintenance to service the unit fro 48 hours into your reservation. This too can be your experience, book now! Location is good, but there was a total disconnect in the servicing of the unit. The toilet needed to be plunged and did not work for the majority of the stay. Very disappointed that the host and management company were so unwilling to help resolve this issue.

There were a couple blind slats that were missing, so a little more light came in, but otherwise it was private and relatively dark for sleeping. The queen bed was harder than I like, but I’d rather have a harder mattress than one that you sink towards the other person. The pillows and cushions were very nice. The kitchen pans and appliances allowed for cooking flexibility (crockpot, blender, pots, pans, teapot,...).

Only issue is that there aren’t keys for the ski locker so you have to bring your skied inside each evening (or check it at the ski storage near the gondola for $5/night)
