For those seeking a family and pet friendly holiday home, this is the perfect choice for a coastal escape. Set amongst the treetops in a quiet and peaceful area, the established gardens surrounding offer privacy and seclusion.
This two-storey home, offers numerous indoor and outdoor living areas, with room for larger families or a couples escape.
The spacious and renovated kitchen spills out onto a north facing, sun-soaked deck – perfect for those warm summer evenings. The deck features a bar area overlooking Mollymook, a BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating.
For those visiting during the cooler months, snuggle up by the outdoor firepit.
The backyard is fully fenced, and you are more than welcome to bring your furry friend along, we do ask that they remain outside at all times however.
Positioned close to Mollymook Bowling Club, Mollymook shops, local cafes and restaurants, and just a 5 minute drive into Milton with cafes and boutique shopping this house is in a great spot for a family holiday on the South Coast - peaceful and quiet yet close to all the action!
