It was good. The keypad didn’t work to begin with but the owner was very good with getting us in ASAP! There was stains on the wall of what seemed like sticky beverages and just could’ve been cleaned better.
Overall very happy with the stay. The rooms could have been cleaned a little more before our arrival but nothing major. Would stay again, great for the price.
Very clean and well appointed unit. Location was easy to get to. We had 9 in our group and there was plenty of space. 2 notes to take in to consideration-there are a lot of stairs and unit only allows 2 vehicles ( additional vehicles need to park down the street in a pay to park lot)
Cute place to stay that is close to downtown Nashville! Cute coffee shop and brewery within walking distance. Loved the amount of beds available to accommodate larger groups.
Our group loved the location of this property. Close to great restaurants, stores, and downtown yet far enough away to be relaxing. Check in was easy and convenient, and they provided a guidebook to the property and Nashville as well.
Plenty of space for everyone, clean and good location. The only negative I can say is that the pullout couch was a full size, not queen and it was not comfortable, which is typical for them. When I booked, I evidently didn't read it accurately as I didn't realize one of the queen beds was the couch, but that was our fault for not reading it better.
Our stay was great here, the house was exactly as listed and all the amenities were available. Close enough to downtown, about a 10 minute uber. Easy access to the property with the number pad lock. Would look to book again if I come back to Nashville.
Overall we thought our stay was great and management was easy to work with. A few suggestions
would be: They don't have enough plates and silverware to accommodate the max amount of occupants.
Utensils were very spars as we had to buy a pizza cutter which we left there. Also there were zero hangers in closets.
We were in Nashville to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday. This unit was PERFECT! We were only 7 but it slept more. The layout was great and there was plenty of room for all of us and more. The kitchen and living area was spacious for us all to hang out. The beds were comfy and the towels were plentiful. We had access to all we needed. Right next door is a coffee shop/brewery. However, we were only an 11 minute Uber ride to downtown. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Over priced for the quality
The condo is modern, BUT they need to do a way better job of cleaning! Our feet and socks were literally black from the dirty floors and there are scuff marks all over the wall throughout the property. They didnt even have something as simple as pot holders. Definitely not worth the price we paid!
Clean property with very nice decor. Excellent instructions for arrival and departure. Hand soap in each bathroom would be nice as would dish soap in the kitchen. One bedroom is on the 1st floor right off the garage and there is no bathroom on that level so have to climb about 17 steps to main floor. Laundry is nice amenity. Would stay here again!

Decent but dirty
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. Quick Uber to Broadway. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Modern look to the place. The staff was very responsive ahead of check in and even gave us a slightly earlier check in time!
The part where we took issue was with the cleanliness of the property. I had reached out prior because I had seen some negative comments about the cleanliness here and I wanted to ensure that issue had been rectified. It had not. Our feet were all black from walking around barefoot in the unit. The walls were covered with stains and scuffs. And we found numerous large cockroaches throughout the unit (we have pictures). While I understand things happen, I wish it had been cleaned a little better before our stay.

WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN
The main issues we had were cleanliness and parking. Upon arrival there were several dead cockroaches throughout the house. The walls were scuffed and dirty with large stains. The floors were dirty and the shower has mildew.
The listing says there is a 2 car garage. DO NOT BRING A TRUCK OR MINIVAN they will not fit in the garage and the overflow parking is a paid lot with a 2 hour maximum. We had a midsize SUV that barley fit and we had to drop off the truck off at Kroger down the road overnight each day (standard truck but garage is too shallow) Very inconvenient.
We asked for a noon check-out and they wanted me to Venmo $100 to do so. I have stayed in many short term rental properties and have never heard of such a thing. To add insult we couldn't get in at 3:00 because the entry codes didn't work and we had to wait for a callback to reset them.
Also, just to note there is a downstairs bedroom with a queen and bunk beds but there is no restroom on that level.

House review
Overall okay place to stay. However, with all extra fees added beyond the nightly rate there are some things that could have been better. Easy fixes and we didn't call with a complaint. Cleanliness - didn't seem like the floors were cleaned, go shoeless end up with blackened soles, glitter everywhere and a few balloon remnants. The wine fridge was froze up, fridge had a broken shelf. Both living room couches are broke, sink in the middle like an uncomfortable hammock. Bedrooms are great if you have a big group and everyone likes to sleep together. Not really designed for middle-age comfort. Rooms and bathrooms have low lighting, only one room had a full length long mirror, limited garbage cans, no dressers but some limited space in the closets. Place seems designed for younger groups.
Overall, the place is nice. We enjoyed our stay. Steps are a lot. Our party of 9 ranged from 2 in their 40"s, a couple in their 50's, a couple in their 60's, one 69 and our birthday girl turned 74. So, the people that stay in the bedroom as you come in from the garage, have to walk 15 steps to the bathroom. That bathroom need a little more cleaning. Dust all around the baseboards, is first thing I noticed. The other bedrooms on the 3rd floor were nice. I slept in the master bedroom and I slept great. As a matter of fact, everyone said they slept well. Curtains in the kitchen could use vacuuming also.
We rented a 12 passenger van. It would not fut in the garage so we were forced to park across the street. They had paid parking, but you could only park from 5am to midnight. Who gets up at midnight to find a parking space.
This is a perfect place otherwise. Thanks for the memories.

Bachelorette trip
Overall our time here was enjoyable. There is plenty of space for a large group of people. The cleanliness was the biggest downfall. If you plan on cooking, thw kitchen is now well equipped with essential pot and pans. The plastic serving spoons and spatulas were literally melted and unusable. The microwave was disguisting. There were dishes put away that still had old food on them, that we couldn't get off. We ended up buying our own. There was old greece all over the counters, and on kitchen cabinets. The cabinet handles were aweful, full of grease and gunk. Who knows what was on the bathroom walls. Some of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut or lock, and 2/3 of the bathrooms were missing light bulbs. I contacted the property manager and they did offer to send cleaners back out. However i declined. Our group and things were already there. For the price I paid this shouldve been done prior to arrival.
The bedding was clean and with the exception of one bunk the mattresses were comfortable. Had the property been clean, I would stay again.it was so disguisting that I will not book here again.
About a 15 min uber (5 miles) to downtown.
