Our custom built, 2 story, family-friendly home, features breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views, direct beach access, gourmet kitchen with Viking range, 3 ocean-view decks, three TV viewing rooms, indoor ping pong table and an elevator from 1st to 2nd floor. The home sleeps 8. Come visit! NOTE: if you’re booking from the USA or another country you will see the rates in your local currency. Then, after preparing a potential booking it converts to Canadian $ which might be confusing and seem like an unexplained increase.

Aamazing Sunrise over Cadboro Bay

My family of 7 spent a very comfortable, enjoyable week here. Everything about the house, amenities, location and communication with the owner was exceptional. Every morning was a thrill waking up to a magnificent sunrise, coffee on patio overlooking water and San Juan Islands. Swimming is just steps away. Paddle board and small canoe available to explore and enjoy the calm waters of Haro Strait. The elevator to second floor was a plus considering my 100 yr old Mother stayed with us. Stairs to patios and beach could be a challenge for some. Half hour to downtown Victoria and the airport. Minutes to good grocers and delis. It was a week we will all remember fondly. Thank you, Jen!

Incredible Vacation Home

We were thoroughly impressed with this property from the moment we arrived. The home is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, relaxing and has so much to offer. This property is located in a very safe and nice neighborhood and is central to many things. The entire back of the house is windows overlooking the water..what a gorgeous view!! It was wonderful that each room offered their own separate bathroom space...4 bedrooms and 4+bathrooms. This home also have 3 Smart televisions in separate family/game rooms. Some water sport activity equipment was on site. The owner responded in a very prompt manner to any questions or concerns that we had. She was very friendly and had sent detailed notes outlining house information, tourist sites and local restaurants prior to our stay. We found this very beneficial. She also had a copy of these notes on site for our reference. If we were travel to Victoria again, we would definitely want to rent this home again.

Fabulous house on the Bay

This is a beautiful, comfortable and spacious house, immaculately clean with everything you would need.The views from the deck and terrace are spectaular - not only the Bay but the roses, hummingbirds and quail around the grounds.The location was perfect, with markets and restaurants within walking distance. The sites of Victoria are all within an easy drive. The owner Jennifer was very attentive and available to answer any questions. Can’t recommend this lovely house highy enough !

Fabulous Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house and property are stunning. Was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and one teen. We made good use of the sandy beach and paddle boards on the property. There are plenty of mixed use trails nearby for running and cycling. Host is easy to communicate with. Would love to come back!

Beautiful Home on Cordova Bay

My husband and three adult children had the pleasure of spending a week at this fabulous home on Cordova Bay. The host, Jennifer, is wonderful and made the stay even better. The home is spacious with a beautiful view of the water and mountains in the distance. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, paddle boating and lounging on the deck. It is a very unique home, and provides privacy for all guests as well as a variety of rooms for groups to gather. The home would easily accommodate a range of generations, having a little something for everyone. All of the beds are comfortable, and each room has it's own bathroom and amenities. The landscaping is incredible, with big roses complimenting each corner. We did not want for anything during our stay and the location of the home is exceptional. Our family likes to exercise daily, and we were able to join the fitness center for a week that is just across the street! Food, beach, exercise, trails, etc. are all within a short distance from the house and we could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. Thank you to Jennifer for making this such a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Getaway

Family from all over came together and stayed at Jennifer's gorgeous home. It was the perfect place to get together and catch up - the patio and backyard are so nice and peaceful. The house is well stocked and organized. Truly seamless.

Family get together

The house is a very big, beautiful, and well equipped. The setting is excellent. We were lucky to have great weather and the house caters well to mixing indoor and outdoor. We used the occasion to entertain exteneded family during the day and rhe large kitchen, living areas and out door spaces made for incredible memories. Having ensuites in every room, an extra fridge and the beach made this place way beyond our expectations. Love to stay again.

Cordova Bay Home

My wife and I along with our son and his family greatly enjoyed our recent stay in Cordova Bay. The beautiful home was spacious and well-equipped with a magnificent setting offering access to the Salish Sea. Our grandsons loved the beach access--providing the opportunity to fly kites, make sandcastles, and build a fort from local driftwood. One day, humpback whales were visible from the home! Finally, when discussing this property we must mention the wonderful property host/ owner, Jennifer. She always made herself available to us and was truly kind exceptional in every way. In conclusion, we would recommend this property and host with highest enthusiasm

Wedding Reception

Staying at the Villa for the weekend of our wedding and hosting our reception went beyond our expectations. The place and view is stunning and so covenient. We wowed our guests and had an amazing time. The host was so helpful helping us arrange the stay and party as well as went above and beyond to get the house set up for a special occasion. She was very communicative and really made everything very smooth. We will definitely love to stay again!

Pleasant stay in a charming house on a unique location with awesome view

This is probably the best property I have ever stayed at. The entire house was filled with details that range from quirky to elegant. It’s bright and airy and everything works great. Would wake up and sip tea breathing the freshest air overlooking the gorgeous view. Our harvested some blackberries from the bush behind the kitchen, the rose garden out front was such a romantic detail. We enjoy the paddle boarding, the BBQ and all the amen ni that has this property. This place was a dream come true!

Wonderful place to enjoy Vancouver Island

We loved our stay on Cordova Bay. A beautiful beach to enjoy from a large and comfortable, beautiful house. The location is perfect for heading for an afternoon in Victoria or in the other direction to Butchart Gardens, with shops, groceries, a liquor store and restaurants very close by. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing Family Get Away.

Beautiful, spacious home with incredible views

Wonderful home with every amenity to make it a perfect stay. The views were stunning from sunrise to sunset. Short drive into Victoria for day trips. We could have easily propped our feet up and never left the house. Great restaurant just down from the house, a little italian grocery store across the street and a local market a few minutes away by car. The host was very welcoming- we would love to come back and stay again! Thank you!!

Sisters get away

Our gathering was a five sister reunion. The house is very spacious and the location on the water provided a wonderful view. The beach is very walkable and although the water was very cold there were people swimming. There is a good restaurant within a short walk and downtown Victoria is less half hour drive away. The home owner was wonderful. Very responsive to our questions and very thoughtful in the provisions in the home. We would definitely rent this home again should the occasion arise.
