This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, first floor apartment is ready for your getaway or for a family and friends visit. All high-end designer furnishings throughout the apartment for a luxurious stay. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a single trundler underneath, so you can sleep 5 guests ( on request).

Original features are scattered throughout the apartment which adds to the charm of Kaiapoi’s Historic BNZ bank building. It has been lovingly restored from top to bottom and is now the focal point of the best riverside town in NZ.

Great location to family
Stayed at the apartment whilst visiting family in Kaiapoi and Christchurch. Great location, spacious and well maintained and communication with the property manager was great. Easy to check in and out of the property which was important due to very early morning flight times.
