Our rooftop patio is perfect for entertaining a small group or to relax with friends. Enjoy this amazing panoramic view on the cozy furniture surrounding the outdoor rooftop fireplace. Great Location
Doug is a very responsive manager, loved the place. Rooftop area is up a spiral staircase so we didn’t get to use that, rest is really nice. Parking can be a challenge on busy weekends, but lots to do within walking distance!

Amazing Vacation Rental!
This was the perfect vacation rental. We booked it for a girls trip and there was no shortage of amazing restaurants and great local shops within walking distance. The location is perfect - it’s on the end of the main street, which was very convenient. The Farmers Market on Saturdays is a must! The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The rooftop area was beautiful! Thank you - we’ll be back again!

Perfectly located and perfectly appointed, the Penthouse on Sutter is our favorite spot!! This was our 3rd annual trip to Folsom and we LOVE coming to this penthouse. The rooftop lounge area is our favorite!!!

Magical Christmas Holiday
Beautiful loft and wonderful place to celebrate the holidays. We enjoyed the holiday decorations throughout the loft, including a Christmas tree! We also enjoyed the lights on the rooftop and beautiful sunsets. Amazing location. Lots of restaurants, shopping and walking trails too. We will definitely be back!

It is located in a great downtown location. Walking distance to all restaurants and night life. Front balcony and rooftop is great for enjoying your coffee in the morning and a evening cocktail as you watch the people mingling downtown. If you have the opportunity to stay at this location don’t pass it up!

Stunning property
The property is downtown historic Folsom. It is walking distance to stores, restaurants and lake Natoma. Parking is easy to find. The penthouse is very beautiful, nicely decorated and clean. Communication with the owner was a very easy. We loved our stay and definitely will book this property again!

Doug’s place was perfect for a three night stay in the quaint little town of Folsom. Stunning sunsets every night around the fire pit on the roof top patio. Extremely comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Excellent communications with Doug! Highly recommended!

Absolutely gorgeous condo! Beautiful online, even more beautiful in person. Comfy beds, clean, has everything you need 😊. We went to Sutter St Steakhouse at 7 on a Saturday night, told them we were staying in the penthouse and they found a table for us. We needed more time there! Wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Family of four with two teens. Beautiful property. So many amenities inside and so close to everything. Owner was always immediately communicative. Even decorated for holidays with a Christmas tree which was an u expected surprise for kids. Would give more than five stars if we could. It was truly perfect.

well tended, thoughtful small elements such as dish detergent and paper towels. the secondary bedroom was used by my guest, my sister. She found that the tub was slippery and bought a mat, And the liquid hand soap dispenser was empty.Also someone may need to do a check on connections for DIRECT TV in the main living area. One remote was missing a battery, and we were not able to connect with regular DIRECT TV in that room.

Exceeded Expectations!
This Folsom penthouse is stunning. From high end appliances to a deep soaker tub, separate huge walk in shower, beautiful stack stone living room fireplace, rooftop deck with outdoor fire pit and breathtaking scenery everything was perfect for our relaxing vacation. We had morning coffee on our charming balcony viewing historic Sutter Street, the Cliff House and even a bit of the Rainbow Bridge over the river. Then evenings on the roof with a cozy fire and mesmerizing sunsets. Our host, Doug, made sure check in was a breeze and everything was to our liking. He suggested the perfect restaurant for my birthday dinner and he was right! The Sutter Street Steak House did not disappoint! We went for walks along beautiful Lake Natoma’s shore. Saw kayak and paddle boarding. :) This is a lovely place to enjoy.

Nicely Appointed, Comfortable, Great Location
We live in the area, but haven't really spent a lot of time in this part of Folsom. We decided to see what Folsom had to offer two couples who were celebrating anniversaries and wanted a quick weekend getaway. This penthouse in Historic Folsom couldn't have been a better choice. It was a great escape from the demands of family life. The Penthouse was pristine, nicely decorated, comfortable seating and sleeping accommodations. Kitchen had everything you'd need for a short or longer stay. We spent lots of time playing games, listening to music, enjoying good conversation and wine and hanging out on the roof top patio by the fire pit and people watching. Historic Folsom has great restaurants, shopping and lots a interesting history to enjoy. Time flew, and we leave with extra rest and cherished memories. Thank you for such a lovely refuge from the grind of daily life.

Beautiful place. It rained so we could not enjoy roof top as much. There was a grill for grilling.
Location was perfect for dinner,shopping and close to our conference. There are about 45 steps but easy to do. Even after exercising at Orange Theory each morning. We will rent this place again next year!!!

I've lived in Folsom all my life. I personally manage all my commercial and residential properties to ensure my guests and renters are properly taken care of. I've been a vacation rental host for over 8 years, and was one the first to create a vacation rental in Historic Folsom with what is known as the Figueroa House. I currently have two amazing vacation rentals, both on the main street (Sutter Street) in Historic Folsom. I've been actively involved in the placement of tenants, restaurants, and entertainment venues in Old Folsom. Sutter Street Steakhouse, Fabria Bakery, More then Olives, Hacienda, The smart Axe, Ruby's Books, Sutter Street Theater, and BrainyZoo, Just to name a few. I designed and developed the Sutter Street Steakhouse Building , Fire and Rain Building (Penthouse Location) , and restored many others. I work hard to provide something top notch for my guests.
