Additional rules



1\. BEFORE BOOKING be aware that THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS are PROHIBITED by

Airbnb, if you are not going to be staying here you can't make a reservation

for anyone else under your personal account. Please PROVIDE NAMES of any

guests included in your reservation before booking. Guests must communicate

their ARRIVAL TIME prior to or at the time of booking. 2\. Apartment complex

security policies require all guests to be registered, so all guests will be

required to present an official PHOTO ID upon check-in. For safety and

liability reasons ONLY registered GUESTS are allowed inside the property, as

unregistered guests are a violation of Airbnb terms of service. Any

unregistered and undeclared person in the reservation list on Airbnb is

subject to removal if that person is found unsuitable No surprise VISITORS, If

you like to bring over a visitor let us know in advance to authorize it. If

the occupancy Limit is violated, the extra person(s) must leave or pay $50 per

person per night. 3\. To maintain a safe and wonderful environment, inside

the property there is a strict **NO PARTYING, NO PETS, NO SMOKING/NO DRUGS

policy** (including vaping). Be respectful towards the neighbors and keep the

NOISE DOWN especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Please be aware that if the

neighbors are forced to call the Community Security/Police department to come

and enforce the Noise Rules and or the Community Security/Police came to the

house after becoming aware of the excessive noise then the guests will be

charged $175:00 for the Community service fees. 4\. Please be respectful, at

the end of your stay by put things back the way you found them and LEAVE ALL

AREAS CLEAN AND TIDY. The booked guests agree to reimburse and/or compensate

the host, through their Airbnb security deposit, for any damages, and a $100

cleaning charge will applied if the home is excessively dirty after the guests

leave. Guests will be charged any damages and/or losses caused at any time

during their stay at the property. 5\. Guests may not receive mail or

PACKAGES at the house, give the address to any companies or in any way

communicate that it is their residence, without express written authorization

from the host. Any unauthorized mail will be returned to sender. Guests cannot

register or run any kind of BUSINESS from the premises or hold business

meetings here, without express written authorization from the host. 6\.

Noncompliance of this House Rules may result in cancellation of your

reservation, forfeit of your security deposit, removal from the premises and

possibly other additional fees and penalties. By booking this space you agree

that you have read and acknowledged this House Rules, you give your consent

and will abide by them. \- Any unauthorized VISITOR and/or not leaving the

premises after 10:00 am will incur a fee of $100 per hour starting from 11:00

am as a penalty. - A $150 charge will be applied if you smoke inside the

apartment. -Late check out after 10 am, can sometimes be provided but please

enquire in advance. If you arrive earlier than the check-in time of 4pm,

without the host's permission, you will not be granted access. If you stay

past the check-out time without permission, you will be charged overstay fees.

* The property has a video camera placed outside facing the front door. Camera

is motion-activated and passive surveillance footage remains private and may

be used for liability reasons, and to monitor occupancy and other policies

noted here. It is in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these

shared areas of the property. To disable or obscure the camera is prohibited

and may result in the cancellation of your reservation. 8\. Any violation of

any of the House Rules is a ground for cancellation and removal from the house

without refund. 9\. If the guests report any complaint about any aspect of

the house cleaning or repair issues to Airbnb or to the Host the guests are

authorizing the Host to come into the house and correct the the problem while

the guests are in the house and no permission is required for the Host to come

in. If the guests refused to allowed the Host into the house to address the

problem then the guests are in violation of the house rules. Once a complaint

is made to Airbnb and/or the host, the Host does not need guests permission to

access the house to correct the problem. 10\. Every guest who booked with us

must have a valid working telephone before check-in, and if they don't have a

valid working telephone that's a ground for cancellation of reservation

without refund. All guests who booked with us must follow all terms of the

lease and Community policies. You have made it this far! To show you read the

Upon arrival, guests must check-in and receive their gate passes from the

manned gatehouse located at Solara Resort



Quiet Time in the Solara Community begins at 10 pm and ends at 8 am. This is

regulated by the Osceola County Sheriffs' Office.



Trailers, buses, and RVs are not permitted in the Solara Community.



We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there

may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for

guests.



We don't want you to worry about anything when you are on vacation. We provide

all paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a fully stocked

kitchen including coffee. We have a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience.



Other things to note



The house includes a private heated pool with pool bath. The resort also

offers the Flow Rider surfing simulator, splash park with waterslide, heated

resort style grand pool, state of the art Fitness Center, volleyball courts,

soccer fields, basketball court, and sundry shop for your convenience. Located

only 7 miles from Disney and close to shopping and restaurants.
