4/10 Poor

Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
I wish it was cleaner and the beds were comfortable
Pros:
1. Easy check-in/check-out with an option to check in early/late with a fee.
2. The parking garage was convinient given street parking is tricky to find.
3. The location was near Newark and conveniently located near businesses like drug stores and gas stations.
Cons:
1. The ground was really really dirty and one of my friend had real bad allergies to the dust.
2. Bathroom caddy was broken so all of our products had to be placed on the floor. The shower head needed to be tilted towards the wall to prevent a huge water puddle in the shower, so it was a challenge to shower and prevent the puddle at the same time.
3. There were no extra blankets, pillows or even sheets. We had nothing to use as sheets for the pull out sofas.
4. The bed and sofas were so uncomfortable that I needed to go for a massage after I landed back in my homecity. The pillows are really low and soft, the pullout sofa has a huge divider in the middle so you can just sleep on one side of the sofa which means you need to be a tiny human and cannot really stretch. The mattress sank as soon as you sat onto the beds.
5. The blinds are broken in the bedrooms and I wish there were curtains because it got so bright and was impossible to sleep after sunrise.
Something that the owner is not responsible for are the thin walls, you can feel the vibration when the washing machine or dryer was on and we were constantly disturbed by neighbors upstairs walking around.
