We needed a place to sleep while attending the BNP Paribas tennis tournament at Indian Wells. It was great for that! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were adequate. The location was in great proximity. There are a lot of amenities at this property and, if I were to ever vacation in this area just to get away from it all and I wanted to be super active with tennis, golf, hiking, bike riding or even just safe space for taking walks, this is the place I would do it in (the area/town and the property!). The only slight hiccup was the check in process. The process itself was fine, but we had a late check in that had to be dealt with over text. One person was dealing with me, but then the text was being used to communicate with me by other people that didn't seem to know what was going on with my late check-in. It was a little nerve-wracking for me as I wasn't getting the check-in info I needed and no one seemed to be understanding that! All in all, though, it worked out and I would use this property again.
