Retired Sisters Trip

Easy walk to the beach. Clean, well stocked and cozy inside. The exterior was tidied up while we were there. It worked great for our short stay.

Awesome stay

Myrtle Beach Cozy

Really nice beachy condo near the beach.

Just the 2 of us and the dog

Condo is just a block away from the beach. We walked there every morning. Bed was big and comfy! Dog friendly with little traffic to bother the dog when we weren't there. A great experience at a great price.

Good beach getaway

Good property for us as a couple. Few minute walk to the beach is a plus for us and our small dog. Be aware that the times you can bring your dog onto the beach change in April. Everything was there that we needed. The pans could use a refresh though. This is the second time we have booked the property and we enjoyed our stay. We did not experience much noise at night even with spring break.

Pet friendly!

Location is about 2 blocks from the beach. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed linens need to be upgraded and provide more towels/wash cloths. The neighborhood is quiet but lots of noise from upstairs.

Floors were dirty, smelled like covered up urine, dishwasher didnt lock and got water all over the floor, the toilet has a 10 second flush delay, and the owner got upset we cooked fish and called to complain about how we cooked fish. Good location, not the best stay.

Filthy run down place

This place is filthy, I killed a cockroach on the kitchen counter, a high hat in the ceiling was loose over my son’s bed, smelly and dirty towels. Dog hair and dust on the couch. Filthy rugs and floors. Toilet had a 10 second delay. Shower and kitchen sink wouldn’t drain properly. I’m allergic to dust and my asthma was so bad we had to check out a day early. Now the host won’t respond after he said evolve would be in touch regarding reimbursement.
