Stopover en route back to UK

Travelling up France from the Loire Valley towards Calais, we stayed 4 nights at the property. We were delighted with our accomodation, quiet, beautiful garden and a lovely sun terrace; the photographs of the property on the site don't do it justice! Marie Andrée was a wonderful lady and could not have been more lovely and helpful.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Gastgeberin Madame Rouxel ist eine sehr nette Dame und sehr empfehlenswerte Gastgeberin, ihre freundliche und hilfsbereite Art hat uns sehr imponiert, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber, alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub, den wir für immer in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten..

All as described, beautiful location and friendly landlady

We are family of 4 (with 2 young children) and had a great stay here! The landlady was very friendly and spoke English very well which helped with communication as we don't speak French. The house was as described on pictures and we loved the view from our patio. We had a phone number to our landlady and could contact her any time. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ungeeignet für Urlaub mit Kleinkindern

Wer mit kleinen Kindern verreist, Wert auf funktionierende Heizkörper legt und wem die Sicherheit der Kinder wichtig ist, der sollte sich ein anderes Objekt suchen. Bidet, Glastüren, kalte Räume und fehlende Steckdosensicherungen sind hier an der Tagesordnung. Dubiose Mülltrennung ebenfalls. Die Vermieterin beschimpfte uns heftigst,weil wir uns erdreistet hatten, bei einstelligen Temperaturen die Heizung aufzudrehen, damit wir und unser Baby nicht frieren.W-Lan funktionierte nicht. Messer in der Küche mit abgebrochenen Zacken, keine normalen Messer vorhanden. Toaster fragwürdig. Kein Waschbecken im separaten Mini-Bad, nur WC. Lage des Objektes super, Außenanlage gepflegt und einladend, ruhig gelegen, schöne Gegend, vielleicht etwas für kinderlose Paare, die nicht so schnell frieren oder im Hochsommer verreisen wollen.

Une maison très agréable pour se reposer et la propriétaire d’une gentillesse rare.

Séjour très agréable ! la maison proche d’une forêt dans un petit village. Je retiendrai le couché de soleil de la terrasse. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Wundervoll

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Paris. mit RER (S-Bahn) ca. 1,25 Std. bis ins Stadtzentrum. Wohnung ist sehr sauber, einfach aber funktionell eingerichtet. Mme Rouxel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütlicher Ort zum entspannen.

Madame Roxel hat uns und unsere 2 Hunde sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Küche war mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die man braucht. Die sonnige Terrasse ist ein toller Ort, um zu frühstücken oder den Abend bei Sonnenuntergang ausklingen zu lassen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einem zentraler Ort von dem aus viel unternommen werden kann. Giverny - Paris - Etretat - Rouen - usw. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder nutzen, sobald wir wieder eine Reise in diese Gegend antreten. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit.

Lovely property, great terrace with view for sunsets. It's high up on the ridge. Beautiful garden. Roomy, clean etc. Unfortunately the oven wasn't working while we were there and neither was one bedside light. Only minor inconveniences and I'm sure they will be fixed. Landlady lovely, franglais worked perfectly. Would definitely stay there again if needed to stay in the area.

Trés bon séjour

Ma femme et moi nous avons fortement apprécié ce séjour d'une dizaine de jours chez Mme ROUXEL qui nous a très bien accueilli. Le cadre est magnifique et loin de toute agitation donc très reposant et c'est ce que nous avions besoin. Un très grand merci à Mme ROUXEL et à bientôt pour un nouveau séjour. Unsere Vermieterin empfanden wir als äußerst angenehm und sehr gebildet. Wir werden in jeden Fall wiederkommen und ich kann die Ferienwohnung wirklich Allen weiterempfehlen, die nicht direkt in Paris wohnen möchte. Idealer Ausgangsort für die verschiedensten Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und nach Paris oder einfach nur, um die Ruhe im Dorf und die Landschaftzu genießen. Wir (inkl. unsere zwei Kinder) haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt in der Kombination aus Moderne und Stil. Sehr praktisch und sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was für einen Ferienaufenthalt nötig ist.Alles ausgesprochen ordentlich und sehr sauber
