Downstairs comprises a fully equipped kitchen over-looking the dining area which leads into a spacious living room with a TV.

Upstairs are 3 comfortable bedrooms. The main with 1 x Queen Bed and Ensuite, bedroom two with 1 x Queen Bed and bedroom three has 2 x Single Beds. A separate bathroom accommodates the other guests.

A small sunny rear courtyard holds an outdoor setting for 6, which is lovely for those warmer Summer evenings when you may like try some al fresco dining.

There is access via a private rear laneway to the nearby parks, pier and beach and off-street parking by way of single lock up garage.

Great location
The property was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Apart from no hairdryer or bbq everything we needed was there. It would be good to have more mirrors ( downstairs and second and third bedrooms. It’s a beaut place which would benefit from some updating of mattresses, dining chairs.

Great location
Overall property was good, only complaint was that it was very dark and cold, dispite the mild autumn day when we arrived. Initally were unable to find any heating, found a thermostat but that had been disabled, finally discovered the outdoor unit had been turned off. Would not recommend for a winter stay.
