It is a small but charming space, with all the creature comforts desired when on holiday. The bed is a large and comfortable queen size, there is a bathroom with laundry facilities, a dining space, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a lovely private courtyard in the back with patio furniture to enjoy the Tasmanian sunshine. You are literally a 2 minute walk to a large supermarket, 5 minute walk to a post office, pharmacy, and a variety of eateries, and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Your hosts are Julie and Jason, a married couple who live locally. On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organises the housekeeping teams.

Sandy Bay is a popular suburb on the outskirts of Hobart, boasting a plethora of cuisines, shops, and a foreshore. It has all the services you could need whilst on holiday, plus easy access to Hobart CBD. There is public transport mere minutes away taking you into the city, or you can walk the 15 minutes.

Our Studio Apartment is beautifully and uniquely furnished, with a full and well equipped kitchen. There is free parking, a charming patio that catches the afternoon sun, and a Smart TV. It is a perfect base for a weekend (or week!) of exploring the city.
