Spend your vacation in our beautiful Westside home, and call it your home for the time being. Enjoy the views of the city and surrounding mountains, ski or snowboard in the winter, enjoy the close mountain bike trails, golf or tennis, take a walk, float the river, walk downtown, enjoy Bend like a Bendite! Located on Bend's Westside, close to shopping, 5 minutes from Downtown or the Old Mill District and 20 minutes up the hill to Mt. Bachelor, camping grounds and lakes. Located in close proximity to great golf courses within half a mile!

This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a beautifully landscaped yard is the perfect vacation rental for your next visit to Bend. Ground floor has a family room, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Large fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, convection oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is on second story with the views and another bathroom and two bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a king. This is an incredibly fully equipped home with all the amenities, TV’s in every room, WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an open living room with a gas fireplace on both floors. The home has several steps 10 outside and 14 to the mail part of the house.

The Lucky Ones

The house is a big, beautiful A-frame sitting in the most desirable neighborhood with gorgeous hardscaping, stone walls and old growth trees, a wraparound deck with views of Bend and mountains, tasteful antiques, plentiful parking and a easy access circular driveway. That is just the outside! Clean, comfortable, top of the line fixtures and furniture inside. This is how the lucky ones live. So glad we could experience it for a week.

Beautiful Bend Home

My family and I had a wonderful visit in Bend in a beautiful home. The deck was great to hang with the family and the kitchen was perfect to make a nice meal. Will definitely be back! Thanks Kathy!

Wonderful home in Bend with a great view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The kids enjoyed the pickleball court and putting green. The house had everything we needed during our stay and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you need for cooking, eating or drinking. The beds were comfortable and the living room was large enough for my family to relax in comfort. I highly recommend this home to anyone!

Bend with a view

Great place to stay in Bend for up to 6 people. The upstairs living space is large and comfortable with expansive view looking south across town. The kitchen is well equipped. We appreciated the coffee and other amenities left for out use.

Beautiful place to stay in Bend with caveats

First let me say that the owner was absolutely amazing with communication, and the house was immaculate. That being said, there were quirks. The king bedroom doesn’t have a dedicated bathroom. Also, the pickleball court was not in a suitable condition to have a serious game. The net could not be adjusted to proper height, and the surface had many cracks and holes. It was fine for some drilling, but I wouldn’t recommend it for any game one actually cared about. Overall, the house was extremely well equipped, and was very comfortable.

Nice Family Cabin

The house was cozy with all the necessities for a trip to Bend. The beds were comfy, the record player and sound system was fun, the kitchen we pretty stocked. It snowed on our trip and the neighborhood has lots of hills, but a member of the family that owns the house came and plowed the driveway for us while we were there. The owner of the house was very nice. There is a lot of family memoribilia that was cool to see.

A great place to stay! Prior to our visit, Kathy sent us lots of information about Bend, OR. We read it on the plane so we could add some fun activities to the wedding activities. We played pickleball every morning! The house was well appointed, and we truly enjoyed our stay in Bend. The comfort and convenience of this house made the stay exponentially better!

West Hills house was very comfortable and had everything one needed for a pleasant stay. The view from the living room was wonderful. The host was easy to communicate with and timely with her responses. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in Bend.

Awesome views, comfy vibe, amazing kitchen

Excellent location, close to downtown and parks. Our dogs enjoyed walking around the area and lying near the fireplace. We mainly stayed upstairs. The kitchen has every appliance you could want for cooking at home. Beds were cozy and warm. The driveway was plowed for us after the snow which was considerate. Excellent communication with Host/Kathy.

My experience exceeded all expectations. The Olson home was perfect for us in every way! It had everything! The kitchen was fully equipped and had a bbq grill. I felt like I was staying in my own home. It was spacious, comfortable, light and bright, clean, well located on the west side and had gorgeous views. The grounds were great too. The opportunity to stay here made our Thanksgiving perfect and the Olson’s were accommodating and couldn’t have been nicer. I felt like I made a new friend with Kathy Olson.

Being in Bend

Excellent location near downtown, Pioneer Park and other river parks. Very quiet neighborhood with a lovely view of Bend. Our main complaint was concerning the cleanliness of the carpet, area rugs and the sheets. They all need a good washing and the interior itself needs a good dusting. The open floor plan of the living and dining area was very comfortable and our host, Katharine, was easy to communicate with.
