Our detached home is on the first floor of a newly renovated triplex, entirely furnished, it includes linens, fully equipped kitchen, internet, smart TV with Netflix and gas, hydro and water.
Open concept living-dining room and kitchen, den with an elliptical machine, 2 bedrooms (queen beds), 2 – 3-piece bathrooms (one bedroom with its own bathroom is in the basement), walk out to back yard, front porch sitting area, laundry appliances in the basement.
Private entrance from front street. If you have a car, overnight street parking is available with a City of Toronto.
The house is just north of Queen Street south of Kingston Road, close to all the Queen Street restaurants, bakery, library and business area, walking distance to the ravine, boardwalk, beach and Lake Ontario. It’s steps to public transit at Queen Street and Kingston Road (30 minutes to downtown Toronto), driving will take 15-20 minutes. Bicycle paths to downtown. The house is 10 minutes walk from the new large YW/MCA facility with saltwater pool.

We love nature, this home so close to Lake Ontario provides to my husband and me a real escape to peace, tranquility and relaxation, it feels like a cottage in the City!
