Little Beach also has Little Beach Boathouse restaurant with Below Deck Bar area which is perfect for the afternoon sunsets or delicious dinner at the main restaurant. Shoal Bay shopping centre is only a quick ten-minute walk either along the beach or by road, Shoal Bay offers a fantastic range of eating outlets such as The Country Club, Italian and Greek restaurants, cafés, and boutique shopping.
The unit is full of style and comforts, as soon as you enter you’ll want to grab a drink and sit down and relax in the comforts of the air conditioned living area or balcony where you can hear the waves rolling in against the sand – simply unbeatable !
There is an open plan living/ dining area with a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, and comfortable lounges, the dining area has an extension table which is large enough to fit 6 people if needed.
This lovely unit has a wraparound balcony with a gas BBQ and small table and chairs, the perfect place to relax. The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, electric cooktop, microwave, family size fridge/freezer and plenty of preparation room on the beautiful stone benchtops.
Two beautifully furnished bedrooms with the main having an ensuite with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity and split system air conditioner. The second bedroom also has a split system air conditioner and access to a private balcony to let the natural sea breeze flow through. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and there is an internal European style laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer. The complex also provides a clothesline out the back which is perfect for when you come back on the walking pathway from the beach and through the private complex gate.
Bay Break is really a worry-free holiday destination that awaits you. Great for the elderly, great for children as there are walking/ cycle pathways that lead you straight to the water’s edge without having to cross any roads.
