Perfect Family Getaway!

We head up to Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear once a year. The house is one of our top favorite. Since we just had a baby, cleanliness was very important. Everything we needed were there. Barbara was also very sweet and accommodating. We highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Barbara for allowing us to create wonderful memories at your home!

Weekend Getaway

We spent the weekend at the house to take advantage of some nearby snow play and to get away from the City. The house is plenty spacious to accommodate a big family and to break away if needed. Spacious living and dining areas. The bedrooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. Great view of the lake and the parking is easy to access and not scary (we've had some scary parking spaces lol). If you're a cooking family, which we are, I'd recommend coming with your spices.

Family time for the Christmas

I booked this beautiful home to spend Christmas with my large family and to be able to all fit here was nice. There is so much space and the whole property is beautiful. The home was clean and cozy and well stocked. There was nothing we needed. We cooked a big Christmas dinner in the big kitchen. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and made precious memories together as a family. Barbara was amazing, very quick responses to my questions. I loved this home and my grandkids were so happy that they have already asked to come back next year.

Beautiful setting with all the amenities needed

We stayed here for Thanksgiving with our family and friends. We all had plenty of room to simply hang out comfortably while eating great food. Barbara was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Beautiful lake views.

Beautiful mountain home

Our family of 10 have rented a home in Lake Arrowhead for the past 7 years (excluding the Covid year). This home is very comfortable and has everything you need. It is clean, well furnished and has a nice view of the lake.

Wonderful Birthday Getaway

A group of 10 of us went up to celebrate my daughters birthday. The house was beautiful and well maintained. Nice homey touches & dog friendly, we brought our fur baby. Kitchen fully stocked for us to cook. Views are great to the lake! Especially on second floor. Village a quick 10 minute drive & grocery stores close by. Barbara was very attentive & responsive by text and email with questions or issues. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Great mini Christmas getaway

The online pictures don't do this home any justice. It is amazing! We needed a big home for our Christmas gathering and this beautiful home made it happened. We are a family of 13 and 2 dogs we had more than enough space to accommodate everyone. At any given moment, there were groups of people doing different activities at the same time. We all fit in the kitchen for any given meal. Thought out the house there was plenty of games and things to do that you didn't have to leave the house to have a great time. Barbara, she's very well organized and communicated well. She had answers to all of our questions. We look forward to booking this home again.

Barbara is an excellent host

The house is large, gorgeous and clean. It's very comfortable and homey, and Barbara does everything she can to make your stay perfect. It is so nice to sit on the deck in the sun all day. The house is filled with board games and tons of entertainment. She is very easy to communicate with before/during/after your stay. One of my favorite places to visit so far, I can't recommend staying here enough. Thank you Barbara!!

Very accommodating, and spacious. Owner was very understanding on any and all situations to occur. Drive way and turn into garage is a bit tight. Definitely worth the stay.

Short notice vaca

This was a great place for a quick getaway with my family. We had plenty of space to spread out yet still enjoy each other. We were working and distance learning and the WiFi connection was awesome . Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and necessities. House was clean and cozy. Owner was easy to deal with. House is away fro neighbors and the hill by the house was great for sledding and the view of the lake was amazing. We had 4 wheel drive but driveway would be difficult with snow for non 4x4 but after we cleared the snow it was fine.totally want to return soon,

Adventurous weekend

We journeyed to Lake Arrowhead just after a “bomb” snow storm hit on 2019 Thanksgiving weekend dumping almost 3 feet of snow! After chains and delayed driving we were ecstatic to arrive to the wonderful home! The home was great and accommodated our two families very well. Unfortunately the power was off along with the entire neighborhood. Barbara was very attentive to our needs, and returned texts immediately, calling Edison on our behalf, and doing all she could do to help which was so very appreciated as the power was eventually restored. The home is spacious and she had it decorated for Christmas which was a delight we enjoyed as we ushered in the season as an extended family. We all took a short walk to the lake, down some stairs a short distance from the home - very enjoyable. Highly recommend Barbara and her home.

Growing up we took family vacations in lake George New York. Three years ago after my dad passed away we did a family reunion at the same cabins we stayed at as kids. After returning to California I decided to carry on the tradition and purchase a place in lake arrowhead. we have been enjoying family reunions ever since, Lake Arrowhead is peaceful and although a short drive from LA and Orange County you feel as if you are in another state.
