Waterfront Family Cottage with Private Beach and Hot Tub
Family Friendly Cottage on a flat property with a private beach, wade in shallow sandy water, canoe, kayak, two Sup’s, beach toys and chairs all on a quiet bay of Baptiste Lake which is part of a three chain lake with great fishing (bass, pike, pickerel, lake trout, etc). An oversized lily pad for swimming, a large dock (so bring your boat), a custom fire pit and a treehouse! Great for kids!
We have a 5 seater hot tub and a large deck for entertaining with bbq! Our cottage is located less than 10 minutes to the town of Bancroft with all amenities (groceries, lcbo, brewery, shopping)!
Inside is newly renovated with 3 Spacious bedrooms- king bed, queen bed and twin over double bunk bed. The living room, kitchen and dining room are very open over looking the peaceful, scenic lake! We have strong unlimited wifi, a smart tv, satellite and a dvd player.
