A luxurious lakefront (right on the water) property in the Kawarthas. Spend your days lounging on the multiple decks, cooling off in the lake or using the provided water toys. Warm up in the hot tub in the evening or during the winter months. Enjoy the evening by one of the two gas fireplaces or cozy up into your bed under the covers in one of the 5 bedrooms with the luxury linens provided. If you ever decide to adventure off the property; head into the historic town of Bancroft for shops and hiking. Or take the drive less than 5 mins to Silent Lake Provincial Park (Pass provided) for some endless hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. In the winter months, Sir Sam's Ski Hill is only 40 mins away for those who want to hit the slopes.

    So peaceful and our new go to cottage property

    We have rented many cottage properties over the years and this might be our favourite yet. Combination of indoor and outdoor space, the waterfront and the amenities made it perfect. Location to the cute town of Bancroft (local artisans, brewery, restaurants etc) and nearby hiking etc. Really made for the perfect mix assuming you’re able to pull yourself away from the dock. We plan to come back in the fall to watch the leaves change colour. Shezana was very communicative and helped with any questions we had.

    Wow! What A Find!

    We were a bit nervous about booking the property as it was in an area of the province we weren’t familiar with. Boy were we wrong to be nervous. The lake was stunning, bedrooms beautiful and in such a great location. It has privacy from neighbours, all the water toys you could imagine and just the perfect combo of cottage/luxury feel. We appreciated the Starlink internet as some of us had to work during our stay. The hot tub was impeccable right on the lake. The living spaces were comfortable and well furnished. The decks and docks (there are many) gave us ample space for our large group. We only wished we could stay longer!

    What a stay!

    The cottage was stunning. It was immaculate and warm. We used both fireplaces in the evening and had the most stunning sunsets we have seen anywhere. The hot tub was large and nearly on the lake! All the bedrooms were decorated nicely and lots of space for all of our things. The decks and docks is where the property really shines. There is so much space with all the outdoor docks and decks. We spent most of our time outside. While we didn’t swim (too cold) there was a nice beachy area with a stone step entry and deep water off the main dock. They provided all the water toys, canoe, kayaks and paddle boards that were a huge hit with our group and allowed to explore the lake. We loved it and will be back!
