The Space:
Upon entering the home you will find an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and lounge. The fully equipped kitchen makes it an easy escape, we supply all the basics on arrival so all you need is a quick supermarket stop only 5 minutes away you can find countdown or new world.

The cozy lounge offers a smart TV so you can log into your netflix account and chill. A big ranch slider opens out to the patio with a big outdoor table and lounge chair for enjoying the all day sun.

This stylish bathroom has a shower and there is a seperate toilet.

The two queen bedrooms have two brand new comfortable beds and luxury linen and towels. Both rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer.

Guest Access:
The guests will be sent easy self check in instruction two days before arrival.There is space for one car to park off street and plenty of on street parking.

Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao.

At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Everyone has the option of taking a leisurely stroll around the flat base. The more adventurous will have fun reaching the top and be rewarded with the spectacular 360-degree views.

Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables…….Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas.

Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Picnic on the grassy shore & watch the fishermen launch their boats and cargo ships come and go.

Head to main beach where new surfers can grab a lesson and watch the more experienced catch a wave or two. If the wind is up the kite surfers will be out in force. Or just chill and enjoy a refreshing swim.

Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses…..Summer or Winter there’s no excuse not to get the clubs out.

For groceries you’ll find an accessible New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and a slick city eatery.

10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema. Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.
