With space for up to four guests, the warm, natural light that flows through this home is balanced by the custom, cooling Cuban tile floors and richness of local Guanacaste wood that leads into the full kitchen and open living space.

The interior is further complemented by a range of colorful artwork. Off the living space are two peaceful bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. To sleep an additional guest, there is a daybed in the living room.

But you won’t want to stay inside for long. Spend your days diving and snorkeling at the Catalina Islands with ConnectOcean, biking on the trails with rentals from Pura Vida Ride, enjoying meals at Ponciana restaurant, or with an expert chef guiding you through a forage-to-table preparation.

Beach Club access has a fee of $15 per person per day.

In an attempt to simplify things for guests, who hail from all across the world, we will apply a service fee of $10 per bedroom per day. This helps eliminate any confusion for our guests, who come from a variety of cultures with different tipping customs.

Las Catalinas is a growing town and has ongoing construction areas around.

Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.

• We know sometimes travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your holiday investment, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is a small cost relative to the trip costs you might lose in the event you are unable to travel.

Reservations Outside Holiday Periods:
• Deposit refundable for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in.
