You’ll be able to access the space day or night via keyless entry lock – no more worrying about misplacing keys! You’ll have the home to yourself, and our goal is to provide everything that you might need to be autonomous, but this doesn’t mean that we won’t be available. We’ll be accessible so you won’t be on your own if questions or issues arise!

The Gathering Place is located in the Rio Grand neighborhood in the NW Valley. This neighborhood is quiet and cozy but close enough to the freeway providing very easy access anywhere in town (Best of Both Worlds - Far enough away to be in a suburban neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle of being downtown). Most of the shopping is within a quick 5-15 minute drive and there is a welcoming community vibe here. Many of the families in this neighborhood have been here for multiple decades so there is a strong sense of pride and ownership with friendly neighbors who all know each other and look out for one another. You'll likely see a few random peacocks roaming the neighborhood which always makes for a FUN photo with the kids.

We say yes to a healthy environment! Not only do our clean-teams use natural/organic cleaning products such as Mrs. Meyers, 7th Generation & Sal’s Suds, guest toiletries are healthy too!


Guests are provided with the clean & green products from the Public Goods. We offer shampoo, conditioner, body & face wash, plus lotion. These are packaged with sugarcane bottles to reduce plastic use, so great! We say NO to icky things like Parabens, synthetic fragrance, sodium lauryl sulfates, phthalates, and anything derived from formaldehyde. We say YES to awesome things like essential oils of orange, geranium, cinnamon, mandarin, nutmeg, petitgrain, rosewood, celery seed, grapefruit, and vetiver.
