Chalet de location
Le chalet etait d’une propreté remarquable. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. La terrasse est agréable, mais avec une vue directe sur le chalet voisin tres proche. Merci pour les 2 vélos mis a disposition. Même si j'ai mis une semaine avant de comprendre que gonfler les pneus se faisait à la station service. Le mobilier et la literie sont agréables. Tout est en bois. La décoration est minimale. On aimerait des lampes de chevet plutot que des spots aveuglants. Pas de porte papier toilette. Attention au torticolis pour ceux qui veulent regarder la TV en étant sur le canapé. La vaisselle est minimale. Il manque en particulier des verres a pied en complément des verres picachu ou pokemon. Pas de théière. Ustensiles de cuisine adaptés pour ceux qui réchauffent des plats préparés mais pas pour cuisiner : il manque par exemple : Presse ail, Presse citron, Mixeur, Entonnoir, Verre mesureur. Mais tout cela n'est pas très grave à mes yeux. Le point noir de notre sejour à concerné la conciergerie du Sancy. La remise des clés à été rapide. Tellement rapide que la personne n'a pas parlé du ménage. A la fin du séjour, j'étais persuadé d'avoir pris l'option ménage, comme je fais systématiquement. D'apres eux il fallait que je fasse le ménage ou être facturé de 250 euros supplémentaire. Nous avons fait le ménage, puis ils sont arrivés deux heures apres les avoir rappelés pour restituer le cheque de caution. Avec cerise sur le gateau, le paiement de l'éléctricité en plus.

Vacances en famille
Nous avons offert à nos enfants et petits enfants ce séjour au Mont d'Ore et nous avons passé des supers vacances, le chalet et très bien, un petit bémol sur la literie. Nous sommes à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville, la navette pour la station passe en bas du lotissement.

À l'arrivée : évier, plats, micro ondes, paroi de douches..... Sales. Alaise, couette sales, la propriétaire me dit de la laver... Le gérant précise que le linge n'est pas changé à chaque nouvel arrivant.. Vaisselle ébréchée, pas de verres à vin : j'en ai acheté. 1 slip et des chaussettes trouvés ds un tiroir de commode. 1 canapé 3 places pour une location prévue pour 10 personnes. Pas de couvercle sur la poubelle, pas d'autre poubelle pour le tri. J'ai eu besoin de telephoner à la propriétaire : jamais de réponse. Chalet bien situé, c'est le seul point positif. Je vous déconseille cet hébergement.

Belle maison où malheureusement il manque un peu de côté pratique. Pas de tapis de douche ou caillebotis, même pas le minimum en cuisine ( sel, poivre, huile et vinaigre ) qui dépanne lorsque vous arriverez et que les magasins sont fermés. Ces petites choses que l'on trouve quasiment dans toutes les locations. Nous pratiquons depuis plus de trente ans la location. Quelques plats pas spécialement très propres. PmLa propreté n'est pas celle que l'on peut attendre, lorsque nous laissons 80 euros pour le ménage. Toutes ces remarques ont été faites à l'agent immobilier de la conciergerie. Dans l'annonce il était mentionné la mise à disposition de deux vélos. Nous n'avons rien vu. Réponse du concierge, il fallait me le demander. Effectivement ce n'est pas bien grave, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

Le chalet est très spacieux, lumineux et agréable. Situé un petit peu loin du centre, mais très bien conçu pour accueillir un bon groupe de personnes. De plus, la propriétaire est très disponible et réactive.

Grand chalet, très propre et bien situé, à 2 pas du centre ville. Quelques verres à vin et coupes supplémentaires seraient un plus. A noter que l'annonce mentionne linge de maison et serviettes fournis or ils sont à louer auprès de la conciergerie. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
