Friends Vacation

Four over adult women visiting an old friend who lives in Gilbert. We only needed a place to gather at night and sleep. The house is in a great little neighborhood, it’s quiet and comfortable. Easy driving to all our day time excursions in and around both Phoenix and Tempe. The kitchen had all the things we needed and having two full baths was a huge plus for us! We didn’t get to fully enjoy the backyard but it was spacious and comfortable. I sat out there when I called home since we had such great weather. The house was clean and the hosts were gracious and easily accessible. They touched base upon arrival and before departure. Recommend this home to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

Nice house

It is a cute house with small bedrooms. We only used the king bed, comfortable. We used the other two rooms for our luggage. I would suggest adding a vegetable peeler to the kitchen. It was also strange knowing that when we wanted to be in the backyard sun tanning, that we were on camera with audio. We probably forgot about that a couple times.

Gilbert home

The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. I do feel like the master bathroom was too small and there was not a pool, which we knew about, but really missed. The location was perfect for sight seeing and downtown Gilbert, which is an amazing city. It was quite the drive to the spring training games we wanted to go to though. We also felt like there were a lot of chores required of us on check out, like washing and putting away all used dishes, and taking out the garbage, with the fear of getting extra charges if we accidentally forgot something. All in all, it was a comfortable stay

Clean and Comfortable

We were down in Mesa for our daughters swim meet. The house was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Close and walking distance to downtown Gilbert. The check in and check out process was very easy. The host was great. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay her again.

Perfect spot for a tournament weekend

We stayed for the long weekend with our daughter playing a volleyball tournament. Had everything we needed to call home away from the gyms. Cooked all our meals and beds were comfy and great. Excellent place to stay, thanks so much!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and responsive when we notified them of some minor things they may want to get addressed after our stay. We LOVED having the spacious backyard, and made good use of the fire pit. The place was well stocked with some kid-friendly games, puzzles, stuffed animals, a pack-n-play, and a couple booster seats for the dinner table. The house seemed to be in a good, central location. We will definitely keep this place on our list for the next time we visit Gilbert!

My mom,sister and I came for a baptism! We love how close to downtown Gilbert we were! House was very clean,great neighborhood. Was decorated so cute for Christmas! We had a wonderful time in this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo! Would recommend!!

Adorable home away from home

This was one of the best VRBO homes we’ve stayed at! It had everything we needed plus more. The board games and extra living space was much appreciated with two four year olds and the fire pit made evenings perfect with s’mores. I’d definitely stay here again next time we visit our AZ family.

House is adorable and very clean. It was a great location and I would stay again with them.

Wonderful Home and Experience!

We stayed 6 nights in this cute downtown Gilbert home, which is the block where I grew up! The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, and washcloths. There is a blender, crockpot, coffee maker and supplies, food storage containers, cookware, cutlery and knives, cups, wine glasses, coffee mugs, etc. We washed two load of laundry and both the washer and dryer worked. There are games, puzzles, magazines, and books as well as three TVs. The landscaping in the front and back are very well cared for with a cute place to relax and enjoy your meal outside. It's nice to have a laundry room and full kitchen. Andrea and Jack are friendly and we received several texts before and after checkout to make sure everything went well. The neighbors are friendly and it's a safe neighborhood. The location is close to everything fun in Gilbert, attractions in Mesa and Phoenix. It's not far from the Phoenix Zoo, which my kids insisted we visit. We will be staying at this home every time we visit family in the area! THANK YOU, Andrea and Jack!

Nice home in Gilbert

We liked the house, the kitchen was well equipped with an island block and very good pans. The owner was very responsive when we couldn't figure out something in the house. The bathrooms were on the smaller size but worked well for the two of us.

This was such a fantastic rental! The place is so cute, very clean, and located in a great area. The owners are so great and very accommodating as well. I will absolutely return and would highly, HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.

Enjoyed having the whole house just blocks from my daughters home. We had a good time walking the Gilbert downtown district. There was plenty of room for all five of us in our groups.

Great Home & Location

We were excited to see this home available as it's my childhood block! The owners were friendly and texted with needed information without us needing to request it. The home was clean and nicely decorated. There are 3 TVs, games, a few books and magazines, puzzles, etc. There is a coffee pot, crock pot, cooking and bakeware. The Oster blender made a smoothie well enough. The yard in front and back are professionally landscaped, with the backyard offering places to lounge and have a firepit. We had plenty of space for our family of 6. It was nice to have the kitchen and laundry room. The washer and dryer did work fine for us when we used it for 2 loads in April 2023. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning every time we visit family in the area. THANK YOU!!
