The Space:
This 3rd-floor condo is located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in downtown Playa del Carmen, steps from almost everything you’d need for a comfortable stay and very close to the most quaint and beautiful street in Playa, Calle 38 from 5th Ave to the beach! This apartment is ideal for a solo traveler or a couple and is available for short or long-term stays. Enjoy a beachy Zen decor and comfortable atmosphere just steps to the beach. Plus, that the condo building has 24/7 security and a concierge.
The main spaces:
- A LIVING AREA with a comfy sofa, two chairs, a work table and a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV to access your streaming accounts for relaxing downtime moments at home. There are floor-to-ceiling glass doors that let in lots of natural sunshine and give access to the balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee, a good book, or to just "be" in the moment.
- A fabulously-equipped KITCHEN with all you’d need to prepare a meal at home – a great money saver or handy if you follow a special diet. Plus, a coffee maker for preparing your morning brew and a blender for smoothies.
- There is BREAKFAST BAR/DINING island for meal in the comfort of home or if you need to work on your laptop.
- The BEDROOM features a soothing design and color palette with a cozy queen size bed, and ample closet space to unpack and make yourself at home. If you wish to access your streaming services you have a second wall mounted Smart TV. You'll get lots of natural sunlight if you leave the curtains open.

There's FREE UNDERGROUND PARKING on a first-come, first-served basis (a parking space is not always guaranteed).

The condo is located in one of the best areas of Playa and you’re only 2 blocks from the Caribbean Sea! Plus only 2 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with tons to see and do! Playa del Carmen has it all from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like scuba and snorkeling, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area!), private yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more! You certainly won’t need a car if you just want to spend time in the center; you’re just a couple of blocks away from popular beach clubs like Martina, Mandarino, Mamitas, and Zenzi.

Getting Around:
The condo is 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best if you pre-arrange private transportation to/from the airport as taxis are quite expensive.
If you are driving around downtown, just remember there are parking meters you must pay to park from 10 am to 10 pm and display your parking receipt on the dashboard of your car. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located, you won’t really need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Our accommodation is best suited for up to two guests. For additional guests, there will be a charge of $25 per person, per night. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. If this limit is exceeded, we may kindly request the group to make alternative arrangements.
Remember that Playa del Carmen is a growing area beach town, please note that we cannot be responsible for exterior ambient noises. You will be notified if there is any disturbances affecting the condo directly.
Guests may need to climb stairs to access parts of the property, elevator is available within building.
Please Note: Electricity will be charged at the time of check-out and billed to the guest at $5.00 MXN per kW based on consumption. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off the AC before leaving the house as it consumes the most.
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are exterior surveillance cameras on the property facing public areas only, for guest safety reasons only.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property and guests will be given all access codes and instructions within 24 hours of arrival.
