The Master Bedroom features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, private bath with jacuzzi tub & stand-alone shower & sliders accessing the balcony. The 2nd Bedroom features a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan. The 3rd Bedroom features 2 Twin Beds, TV & ceiling fan. The Living room offers a queen sleep sofa.
This spacious condo offers distinctive details: granite counters, tile flooring, crown molding, laundry room, walk in closets, & gas fire place. Amenities include indoor pool, rooftop outdoor pool, fitness center, parking garage with 2 assigned spaces, secured lobby, wifi, internet & streaming. Perfect location to enjoy all the excitement of downtown Ocean City's numerous restaurants, shopping & family entertainment. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
The owner provides sheets & towels for your stay. Guest supplies beach towels, soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Indoor pool closes from January 2 to April 1.
