Great stay in Indy

The house was exactly as described in the app, and we were very satisfied with the location. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and amenities were very nice. The basement bedroom was a little cold for a winter night, but we made it work with extra blankets. We really did enjoy our stay and would happily return.

Just we we needed

We were in town for extended weekend for volleyball tournament. It was just what our family needed so that we weren’t stuck in multiple hotel rooms in down time. Kids played air hockey and ping pong, adults caught some March madness. It is an older home but it is clean and has the needed stuff and some extras.

Great location

Stayed for 3 nights, with 4 friends. Very clean home and easy to find. Stayed a long weekend to catch a colts game. Went downtown every day with no traffic issues. Roughly 10 mins from downtown, lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive from house.

Great stay in Indy

What a great, clean and welcoming home. Close to all the attractions. Nice quiet safe neighborhood. Fun games, nice deck, plenty of towels, & comfy beds. This house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful with a later check out request to help us out. Thanks Indy for a great weekend!

Nice house perfect size for our family and a great location. My granddaughter really loved the games in the basement and was down there at least 2 to 3 times every day.

Great stay!

We loved staying here! Everyone had their own space and everything was made easy for us. This was a last minute stay as my husband was preparing to deploy and it was a great weekend with no stress. Great area that had lots to do and great restaurants and added fun with the games in the basement. Definitely wish we had more time because the backyard and porch looked fantastic to go out and just relax. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen with pans, basic seasonings, coffee, etc.

Great stay!

Great area with lots of restaurants and parks. This was a last minute booking before my husband took off for deployment and it did not disappoint. Amenities were convenient.. especially having the basics such as coffee and cookies supplies. Kids loved the games in the low level. Back yard is wonderful and wish we would have had time to utilize it more but plan to come back into the future and definitely will.

Ideal location

We needed a place for family to gather close to hospital for the weekend. Perfect spot with plenty of room. Great back yard and downstairs acitivies kept the kids busy! Prime location..

Great place.

We came for gen-con. We enjoyed this house. No extra bedding but bedding was soft and comfortable: 15- 25 minutes from downtown in traffic. Overall great place with soft beds. Don’t leave food out there are cockroaches.

Family style house

This house was located in a great neighborhood, easy to access and great for a family. We had 6 adults and a teenager and all had plenty of space. The ping pong table and air hockey table was a huge hit with our group. If I ever find myself back in Indy, this house would be back on the list!

WWE Royal Rumble

We were in town for the Royal Rumble. The house was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the games in the basement, but i didnt realize that one of the bedrooms was also down there. It was quite cold in that room. The other downside was the traffic noise that you could here from the bedrooms. The street that the house is located on was quite busy as well so it could be difficult to get out of the driveway. downside could here

Girls and babies trip

House was as advertised. Rooms were spacious enough for adding pack-plays for infants. Basement bedroom was also great. They had air hockey and ping ping ball tables and washer and dryer. Best part was the big back yard that was fenced in with a great deck and charcoal grill. We also used the fire pit. Owner was very responsive and accommodated our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Great House in Indy

The house was perfect for our family gathering for the Indy 500 and Memorial Day. It has plenty of room and bathrooms, was very clean, and had plenty to do in the finished basement game room and outside in the nice patio and yard. The property manager was excellent. Good communication and flexible with check to and out times. Highly recommend.

Good house for hanging out with family. Kitchen had almost everything we needed (I brought my pancake griddle, since I knew grandkids would expect them). Very clean. Lot’s of sleeping space. Grandkids played ping pong for the first time. I will keep on list for renting again.

We love the house had a great time to stay in it got good use of the house bedrooms living fireplace to Deck the basement on thing I can say that was wrong was the interest of the house the steps was too narrow we had two people to fall on the narrow Street steps

Awesome family house in Indy

I am originally from the southside of Indy and was visiting with may family from the Boston area. We had five people staying in the house and it was like being home. Everyone had their own comfortable room. The house was very clean and functional. We utilized every amenity from the game room in the basement to the outside patio and spacious yard. The property manager, Kris Henthorn was super nice and easy to work with. Next time in Indy with my family, I am hoping to get this property again. Thanks for a wonderful time.
