Spacious and bright three bedroom (all with en-suite bathrooms) family home right on the water, set on a quiet half acre.
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the spacious living and dining room boasting wonderful water views and the most stunning sunsets.
The TV room complete with books and games.
Principal bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom
Second bedroom also has a queen bed and en suite bathroom.
Third bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom
Our large garden flows down to the park below and lovely beach as well as public boat ramp.
