Living Room:
To your right on entering the home you'll fond an open concept area with the main Living Space. There's a large sectional for plenty of seating, a gas fireplace wrapped in dark marble, and a big flatscreen TV for catching the game or your favorite show.

Kitchen:
Across the way is the Kitchen with Island that seats 4. There's a 5-Burner, gas range at the end of the island. The Dishwasher is a Stainless Steel Bosch. The Fridge, Oven and Microwave are Stainless Steel GE Profile.

Dining Area:
The dining area has a circular table with 4 seats and 2 extra to the side. The area is surrounded by large windows bringing plenty of natural light.

Bedroom 1:
Down the hall from the entry is the Primary Bedroom with King Bed and flatscreen TV plus a sliding glass door for deck access.

Bedroom 2:
Bedroom number two has a Queen bed.

Bedroom 3:
Bedroom number 3 has two twin beds.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
