Short stroll to the AMAZING white sand beaches, Cafes, Great Restaurants, Coles, & more. Walk/Bike trail to Kingscliff and Cabarita.
Wake up and go for a swim/surf in the ocean, rinse off in the outdoor hot water shower and watch the sunset over Mt. Warning.
Days can easily be spent leaving the car behind with everything you need at your doorstep!
Beach Life Villa is two story with open plan living area downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs.
The SPACE:
Downstairs-
- Open plan living with abundant natural light for the kitchen and living area.
- 2 sliding doors flow out onto the NE facing outdoor patios and garden.
- Outdoor lounge and table.
- Outdoor hot water shower
- TV with Netflix and chromecast
- Laundry with washing machine
- Half bath
Upstairs-
- Master Room with ensuite and king bed
- 2nd Room with queen bed
- 3rd Room with king single and extra single trundle bed
- Large bathroom with shower and separate bath.

Close to Salt and Kingscliff to the north and Cabarita to the south, all connected via a walk / bike trail along the beach.
Perfect base to Gold Coast, Byron Bay and the surrounding hinterland.
Bring your surf board, good waves right out the front and many more exploring north and south.
