North Naples Charmer
Great location: walkable to beach and there are bikes and beach things available. There is a three wheel trike, too! Very quiet neighborhood, fenced yard and dog friendly. Multiple sleeping options with king, queen, trundle and sleeper sofa and rollaway. Screened porch and good WiFi connection, but neighborhood has poor ATT connections. Transitional area with lots of new housing going on. Close to everything you might need! There are steps that are steep out to garage and backyard to be considered. Nice appliances and charming decor. We enjoyed our three month stay!

Beach Paradise
We can’t say enough about how beautiful this home is and a short walk to the beach. Close to everything Naples has to offer and a great coastal vibe. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommended.

Beautiful cottage
House was very clean and had an excellent location. Beautifully decorated and the fenced backyard was such a plus for our 2 little doggies. Has everything you would need for a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was brief but we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were in town for funeral services and brought 2 small dogs with us. The fenced yard was perfect and the cottage was just the right size for us. Perfect location, too.

This was a great location near the beach and close to the resort where our son was getting married. The beach house was very comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out there between our many events. The hostess was exceptionally attentive and communicative and she quickly addressed our questions.

Perfect on every level!
The house was the perfect size… not too small or too big. The fence in backyard was perfect for our two dogs who traveled with us. Beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. We didn’t use the bikes, chairs or umbrellas but everything g was provided. Highly recommend it!

Adorable Floridian cottage!
We had a lovely stay. We were visiting family in the neighborhood so didn’t spend a ton of time in the home but it was a super charming spot to return to each day. Very clean and equipped with everything you need.

10th Anniversary weekend
This is a wonderful property! Location was perfect for us and the cottage was just as described. Check in/out was easy and communication was timely and helpful. We (including our family pet) enjoyed the screened in back porch and the beautiful weather. It is nicely furnished and has everything you need. We have family in Naples and most definitely plan to book here again!

Relaxing Oasis
We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and relaxing home! We were given check-in information in advance and appreciated the communication. The outdoor space was surrounded by trees, which provided shade and privacy. We spent time relaxing on the lanai, taking walks in the neighborhood and to the beach, and dining at some great local restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

Ansprechendes Haus in einer ruhigen Straße
Das Haus hat eine gute Lage zum Strand. Naples City ist etwas weiter entfernt. Die Ausstattung vom Haus war gut, die Möbel und die Klimaanlage waren nicht neuwertig. Eine Toilette war w/ Verstopfung nicht nutzbar. Die Gartenmöbel wiesen starke Gebrauchsspuren auf.

Ideal location for our vacation. Lovely quiet neighborhood just minutes from all our activities. Very nice floor plan layout and one of the best appointed kitchens we have seen, with several options included for making coffee. Very good communications with the host.

Great stay!
Upon arrival the house was spotless and it was immediately evident that this home was carefully and thoughtfully cared for. The grounds are lovely, with beautiful tropical plants in the front and surrounding the back yard. The house in located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by stores, great restaurants, wineries and anything we were looking for. The beaches and sunsets are close and lovely. Air conditioning is a requirement in July and theirs was great! The. Owners were helpful and quick to respond. We had an absolute terrific vacation!

Great Naples property close to beach
Awesome property. Close to Vanderbilt Beach. Very close to 2 Publix grocery stores, Whole Foods and the Mercato for shopping and dining. Property was clean and very well appointed. Plenty of dishes and cookware provided. Washer/dryer was nice. Master bed was comfortable. Nice screened in back porch with ceiling fan. Bikes provided were nice - easy to ride to the beach or grocery store. There are 3 adult bikes, adult trike and 3 kids bikes. Air pump available to top off tires. Gas grill was awesome and worked great. Beach equipment was a very nice amenity - great to have beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and cooler. Made our beach days a breeze. Owner/host provided all information in advance and was very responsive to any questions/inquiries. Loved the place and will return.

My wife and I stayed at the Coastal Cottage while we had work done on our house a few miles away. When the work on our home took longer than expected, Gloria gladly allowed us to stay a few more days. We would recommend this home to others.

We're a family from Miami who came to Naples looking for a place to relax and to have some quality family time. We found a rental property at Naples Park (on VRBO, of course!) and had the best time visiting local restaurants, riding our bicycles and going to the beach. We figured, we have this retreat so close to us... why not get a property here? So we immediately started our search for the perfect place for us...

Why they chose this property

Casa Playa Naples was love at first sight... We loved the location, so close to the beach, and the charming Key West style. Also, the large enclosed backyard is perfect for our dog to run around. We are all happy here :)

What makes this property unique

Naples brings us together.. it brings us peace. Come and experience it yourself!. Naples is quiet, people are gentle and courteous, the beaches are amazing and there are so many good restaurants nearby.
