Guests enjoy garage parking and entry to Kings Crown 103 through a hallway with space to stow coats and gear. Guests may take a private elevator or the stairs to the upper floors. A nook on the staircase landing holds a dining table that seats 6-8 guests on bench seating.

An open living, dining, and kitchen area on the second floor is decorated in pale shades of gray, light maple, and ivory, echoing the colors of the mountain peaks seen through a series of large picture windows in the living area. An open chef’s kitchen offers premium appliances, including a double gas range and a warming tray, as well as a dine-in island that seats 5.
