It was a great place to see Kona , this is our second time that we stayed here and it never disappoints. It had everything you need for the beach or snorkeling plus the view was incredible!! The pool and location of the pool is not the best but we don’t come to the islands for the pool!! I would stay here a third time if I come back!!

Spectacular Ocean View & Extraordinary Equipped Unit!

The unit was excellently stocked with kitchen needs/towels/beach equipment and MOST OF ALL spectacular ocean views! Holly was always ready to answer any questions be it the TV … or the TV again! …we are old school people…it wasn’t the TV…. Thank you, Holly! !!! Top notch

Very Nice Property

Pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. Just had to buy our food, put it in the fridge and we were good to go. Forgetting logistics, the view of the ocean was unbelievable. We pretty much just had the screen doors to the linai closed and the glass doors open. The sound of the ocean was really soothing. Great location. I can't say enough about how nice it was to stay. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Overall a good experience! Issue one night with no water which turned out to be the property maintenance people turned off a water valve during work which affected a few units. Not the owners fault and got resolved quickly.

Paradise Perfection

This condo was absolute perfection. And Holly was very easy to communicate with. We had the best time. Easy communication via email, phone # if we needed it, easy check in, parking in the shade, gorgeous condo. So many extras throughout; coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, beach chairs, coolers, flashlights, boogie boards… I could go on and on. The washer/dryer inside condo was terrific! I had no laundry to do when I got home. It was a real treat. The best were all the little notes throughout the condo. I especially liked the one about how to fold up the beach chairs!! It’s so true!! I laughed out loud!!All in all we really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was great. Location perfect for us. Quiet. Ocean waves lulling us to sleep each night. A/C if we needed it. Just pure bliss. I would definitely stay here again. Loved every minute. Holly - let us know when you want to sell!!! 😂

Beautiful condo right on the water

We had a great stay here. The inside of the condo is stunning. The condo was also very well stocked, we had plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers, and such. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the surfers.

This is the one!

This condo instantly feels like home—spotless & welcoming! Start with a stop at Costco to load up on your favorites, or there's a Safeway. All you need to bring is a bathing suit, hiking gear, and casual dining clothes; everything else is taken care of. A few Highlights: Begin with a visit to a coffee farm—we chose Greenwell. A day trip to explore waterfalls at Umauma (only $5 if you skip the Zipline), and then head to Akaka Falls on your way to the Mauna Kea Summit for an unforgettable sunset (be sure to layer up for this one!) Coffee Shack in Captain Cook is quaint, followed by a remote swim/snorkel at Manini Beach (bring water shoes!). For a great Mai Tai, Oceans in Kona has a daily special. It’s not on the water but offers prime people-watching in the heart of the shops. Jackie Rey’s offers delicious food; it’s a bit out of town with limited parking, but well worth it for the culinary experience. Finally, set aside a full day to explore Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Hike the volcano, drive the Chain of Craters Road and Crater Rim Road—just wow. Or, you can simply stay in the condo, where the sunsets are hypnotizing and the atmosphere is tranquil. We came to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and will definitely be back, even if just for a few days to decompress. The host Holly was easy to communicate with, instructions for check out are clear and there was no “it’s time for your departure” messages allowing an stress-free departure. Mahalo Doug and Bonita

Sleep by the ocean

This condo was probably the best part of our stay in Hawaii. It was comfortable and clean, meeting all expectations, and with just about everything one would need provided to you (even things like a first aid kit, rain umbrellas, etc). Inviting touches are found throughout. The unit is a short drive from the bustling area of shops and restaurants. Our favorite part of all: the ocean just a matter of feet from the large and comfortable bed. Falling asleep to waves crashing is exactly what we needed— the cherry on top to a wonderful stay.

Beautiful setting, very clean and well equipped with plenty of supplies/towels/paper goods. Beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. We enjoyed this well appointed unit. My only concern wash the washer door front loader needs to be replaced rubber door rim was moldy and smelly.

This vacation was to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. I must say that we have stayed in many rental properties in my life and this was the nicest condo we have ever seen. Everything about it was 1st class, and it was the best stocked rental property ever. I highly recommend this property, and the manager Holly was just wonderful too! Amazing condo!

This condo was one of most well appointed rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well stocked with everything you’d need to dine in. And the highlight was falling asleep to the ocean waves!
