Excellent place to stay in Niagara Falls. SO CLEAN, modern and quiet. Check in, check out super easy. Absolutely no complaints from us. We will stay there again. Linda is kind, caring and a great host!! We all enjoyed our stay!!

Niagara Falls Spring Break

My best friend, my 2 kids and I decided to travel to Canada from the US to visit Niagara Falls. The townhouse was sufficient for what we needed. It had 2 bedrooms and the living space was good for the 4 of us. We did a puzzle on the giant island and had space to all sit and eat there together. There wasn't much right by where the townhome is located if you want to walk anywhere and there were some noisy neighbors above us during our stay but overall the location was in close driving distance to many things and it was a positive experience. We noticed the hairdryer was missing when we were unpacking our things and Linda was quick to reply and help remedy the situation. She was a great host and we had a great visit.

Well appointment house

The house was very clean and well appointed with modern new furniture. Check in was very smooth and communication helpful before and during the stay.The house is located close to a few dining places, a 7-eleven and 5 min to the falls.

Niagara Falls

Check in was a breeze!! The communication between the property manager and us since we booked was A++++ they answered every question with such detail. It was easy to follow. When they say 10 mins to the falls they mean 10 mins. The space itself was super clean and I love they left us some detergent pods. We were able to wash our clothes before going back home!! I would stay here again!!!

The falls

Had a weekend getaway with a friend to Niagara Falls, the facility was very clean and comfortable. About a 5 minute drive to the downtown area was nice for keeping uber cost down. If you ok with using short uber trips or driving yourself id definitely recommend the stay.

Success at Sunset Falls

My family of 4 stayed at Sunset Falls June 24-June 26. Communication with the host, Linda, was excellent. The location was perfect being that it was just outside the bustle of the tourist area yet close enough via a short drive. The unit was just as pictured and described. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for us. I would stay here again!

Niagra falls stay

The size, # of bathrooms, rooms, washer/dryer, kitchen, everything was great! I would reccomend a few things: keep a set of sheets for the sofa bed. Have 2 bedside tables for both rooms.(and a place to plug in phone for recharge and alarm clocks) Have luggage racks. Add the shampoo/body wash in the 1rst bathroom. This is a nice clean place to stay, absolutely stay here.
