Everything has been considered here with a working from home space available in the living area and master bedroom with Wifi -NBN 52/20 - Fibre to the home, as well as a European style laundry for those longer stay.
You will relax in comfort year round with an open wood fire place and underfloor hydronic heating to keep you warm in the cooler months as well as ducted refrigerated air conditioning for summer.
Summer evenings can be enjoyed in the secure yard with large front garden with a native landscape and trampoline out the back for the kids. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach which is only 5-minute walk away.
